Abstract: A health care device includes a soft water bag, a control unit disposed on a side of the soft water bag, a temperature control element electrically connected to the control unit and disposed inside the soft water bag. When the control unit controls the temperature control element, the temperature control element disposed inside the soft water bag is energized to heat and control a temperature of liquid in the soft water bag, so as to provide better portability than the conventional products.

Abstract: A massage device includes a hot and cold compress member that is connected to a circulating water tank via a connection pipe. An accommodating body is located between a water bag and a main body, and includes a heat conducting member, a cooling member and a heat dissipating member. The circulating water tank is connected to a control body which controls the operation of the heat conducting member, a cooling member. Water circulates through the water bag by a first pipe and a first pump, and the temperature of the water is controlled to provide appropriate temperature to enhance blood circulation of the users. The water bag is fastened to the accommodating body without using screws or bolts to avoid from being rusted and leakage.

Abstract: An eye treatment apparatus includes a hot and cold eye mask and a recirculating water cooling system. The eye mask includes a water pack to be applied onto human eyes, a thermoelectric cooling device for heating or cooling liquid of the water pack, a heat transfer member interposed between the water pack and one side of the thermoelectric cooling device, and a heat exchanger attached to the other side of the thermoelectric cooling device. The thermoelectric cooling device is configured to heat or cool the water pack through the heat transfer member. The water cooling system includes a water supply container and a conduit connecting the water supply container and the heat exchanger to circulate water from the water supply container to the heat exchanger and to return water from the heat exchanger to the water supply container.
