Abstract: The present disclosure provides an ultrasonic drive and driving method configured for driving an ultrasonic tool. The ultrasonic drive includes a switch module, a sensing element and a control element. The sensing element senses the voltage and current of the ultrasonic tool and generates a sensing signal accordingly. The control element receives the sensing signal and outputs a control signal. The switch module outputs an ultrasonic signal according to the control signal for controlling the vibration of the ultrasonic tool. When the ultrasonic drive operates a frequency sweep function, the control element determines an operating interval and an operating frequency of the ultrasonic signal. When the ultrasonic drive operates a frequency following function, the control element adjusts the operating frequency according to the sensing signal for keeping the impedance of the ultrasonic tool consistent.

Abstract: A two-stage cycloid speed reducer comprises two rotating disc assemblies. Each rotating disc assembly comprises two cycloid discs. In other words, the cycloid speed reducer has four cycloid discs to be in contact with the corresponding rollers. Consequently, the load withstood by each cycloid disc is reduced. Since the cycloid speed reducer has stronger structural strength, the cycloid speed reducer can be applied to the high-load circumstance. Moreover, an eccentric assembly of the eccentric device includes a plurality of eccentric cylinders. The eccentric cylinders are disposed within the axle holes of the corresponding cycloid discs. Due to the eccentric cylinders, the eccentric direction of two cycloid discs is opposite to the eccentric direction of the other two cycloid discs. Consequently, it is not necessary to install an additional weight compensation device in the cycloid speed reducer to compensate the dynamic equilibrium. Moreover, the cycloid speed reducer can be assembled easily.

These roller assemblies include first rollers, second rollers and third rollers. The first cycloid disc set is mounted around the first eccentric ring, and includes first teeth and second teeth. The second cycloid disc set is mounted around the second eccentric ring, and includes third teeth and fourth teeth. The first teeth are contacted with the first rollers. The third teeth are contacted with the second rollers. The second teeth and the fourth teeth are contacted with the third rollers.

Abstract: A speed reducer includes a first transmission shaft, an eccentric wheel, a first roller assembly, a rotating wheel, a second roller assembly and a second transmission shaft. Abstract: An electronic device includes a motor, a sensing device and a controller. The motor provides a motive power to the load. The sensing device measures a plurality of motion parameters of the motor. The controller calculates a real system parameter between the motor and the load according to the motion command and the plurality of motion parameters. According to the motion command and the plurality of motion parameters, the controller acquires a real value of a rotation speed of the motor. Moreover, controller establishes a system model according to the motion command and the real system parameter so as to acquire an estimated value of the rotation speed of the motor. If the first mean square error is not smaller than the first target value, the controller performs a particle swarm optimization algorithm to change the estimated value of the rotation speed of the motor.

Abstract: An encoder applied to a rotatable device including a code disc set, at least one bearing, a bearing housing, a main housing, a sensor and an elastic assembly. The code disc set is disposed on a rotation end of the rotatable device. The bearing is disposed around the rotation end, and the bearing housing is disposed around the bearing. The main housing is connected with a first end of the bearing housing. The sensor is disposed on the main housing and corresponds to the disc wheel set, and there is an interval between the sensor and the code disc set. The elastic assembly is connected with a second end of the bearing housing and a fixing end of the rotatable device. Therefore, the interval between the sensor and the code disc set is maintained to be fixed, and the good position detection performance and stable signals are obtained.

Abstract: A moving-magnet transfer platform includes a mover part, a driving part and a stator part. The mover part includes a moving table and a magnet assembly. The stator part includes plural coils, plural switch elements, a current sensor, an electric angle detector, plural magnetic field sensors and a signal processor. The plural switch elements are connected between the driving part and the corresponding coils. When the magnet assembly is moved to a position of the corresponding coil, a magnetic field change is detected by the corresponding magnetic field sensor. The signal processor is used for controlling operations of the plural switch elements. When the magnet assembly is moved to the position of the corresponding coil, the corresponding switch element is turned on under control of the signal processor, so that the moving table is moved with the magnet assembly.
