    摘要: A motor parameter estimation method includes obtaining an operation signal of a motor, wherein the operation signal includes an encoder signal, a phase current and a driving voltage, obtaining a number of poles according to the encoder signal and the phase current, performing a simulation procedure according to the driving voltage, the number of poles and an initial random parameter set, wherein the simulation procedure is calculating a simulation response current, calculating an error value between the simulation response current and the phase current, determining whether the error value falls into a threshold range, if the error value falls outside of the threshold range, performing the simulation procedure according to the driving voltage, the number of poles and an update random parameter set, and if the error value falls into of the threshold range, outputting the number of poles and the initial random parameter set.

    摘要: An electronic device includes a motor, a sensing device and a controller. The motor provides a motive power to the load. The sensing device measures a plurality of motion parameters of the motor. The controller calculates a real system parameter between the motor and the load according to the motion command and the plurality of motion parameters. According to the motion command and the plurality of motion parameters, the controller acquires a real value of a rotation speed of the motor. Moreover, controller establishes a system model according to the motion command and the real system parameter so as to acquire an estimated value of the rotation speed of the motor. If the first mean square error is not smaller than the first target value, the controller performs a particle swarm optimization algorithm to change the estimated value of the rotation speed of the motor.

    摘要: Embodiments include techniques for estimating unknown or missing values for parameters of a motor based on high-level motor information and using the estimated parametric values in generating an executable model for modeling the behavior of the motor. An aspect of the techniques involves assumptions used to establish the predetermined parametric values that are applied to the algorithm for deriving estimates of the unknown parametric values for the motor. The estimated parametric values may then be used in the executable model of the motor to enable development and simulation of a plant (e.g., a closed loop system) including a plant model having a dynamic controller model and a lumped parameter model of a modeling environment of a technical computing environment executing on a data processing system. The simulation of the plant loop can be sufficient to test the dynamic (e.g., feedback-based) controller within a closed loop system, e.g., test motion control of a motorized vehicle seat.
