摘要: An integrated electric drive system includes an electric machine having a first housing and an output shaft, a transmission having a second housing and a drive shaft, and a power electronics module with a third housing and an electronic device configured to provide electric power for the electric machine. The transmission receives an input torque of the output shaft and outputs the same via the drive shaft. The power electronics module is configured to be arranged around the drive shaft. The integrated electric drive system can be installed on an electric vehicle. The integrated electric drive system has a more compact structure with a higher degree of integration, and better heat dissipation capability, facilitating spatial optimization and lightweight design of the electric vehicle.

摘要: A total task vehicle (TTV) may operate indoors to move a variety of different types of materials and accomplish a variety of different types of tasks, using tools and accessories powered by/connected to the TTV. One or more high power density (HD) battery packs may provide both 240V DC to 380V DC and 120V AC power to propel the TTV and also to function as a generator for tools and accessories attached to the TTV. A high torque/high speed convertible drive system may allow the TTV to operate in a ride-on mode, a walk-behind mode, providing for flexibility and adaptability in use of the TTV.

摘要: A mount assembly for attaching a cradle to a vehicle frame includes an inner sleeve. The inner sleeve defines an inner sleeve aperture having a first aperture portion having a first diameter and a second aperture portion having a second diameter. The mount assembly also includes a bushing having a bushing body and configured to extend through the first aperture portion. The mount assembly additionally includes a fuse fixed to the bushing body to separate the first and second aperture portions. The mount assembly also includes a fastener configured to extend through the bushing body and an aperture in the vehicle frame for attaching the cradle to the frame. The fuse is configured to separate from the bushing body under a predetermined load to permit the fastener to shift from the first aperture portion to the second aperture portion and the cradle to shift relative to the frame.

摘要: A vehicle shift control device comprises: a shift position deciding portion deciding a shift position of a shift operating device based on a sensor signal output according to an operation of the shift operating device; and a drive power output command portion selecting a shift range based on a shift position determination signal output from the shift position deciding portion to cause a vehicle to run, when a communication abnormality has occurred so that the shift position determination signal is not transmitted from the shift position deciding portion to the drive power output command portion, the vehicle shift control device selecting a shift range maintained at the time of occurrence of the communication abnormality of the shift position determination signal if a vehicle speed is equal to or greater than a predetermined value, and selecting a neutral range if the vehicle speed is less than the predetermined value.
