    Abstract: A multilevel conversion circuit having a flying capacitor is provided, including: a first bridge arm; a second bridge arm including a flying capacitor, the midpoints of the second and first bridge arms connected to a series branch defined by a first current limiting circuit, a power supply and an inductor; a DC bus capacitor connected in parallel to the first and second bridge arms; a rectifier circuit having an input end coupled to the power supply and an output end connected to a first auxiliary power supply; and a controller coupled to the first auxiliary power supply and the plurality of switches of the second bridge arm to control corresponding switches of the second bridge arm, the power supply charges the flying capacitor through the corresponding switches of the first and second bridge arms and the first current limiting circuit.

    Abstract: Multilevel conversion circuit having a flying capacitor and method for pre-charging the same are provided. The multilevel conversion circuit includes: a first bridge arm including a plurality of switches connected in series; a second bridge arm including a plurality of switches connected in series and a flying capacitor group, midpoints of the two bridge arms connected to a power supply and an inductor to form a series branch; a DC bus capacitor to which the two bridge arms are connected in parallel; a first voltage clamping module connected between a first end of the flying capacitor group and a first end of the DC bus capacitor; and a second voltage clamping module connected between a second end of the flying capacitor group and a second end of the DC bus capacitor.

    Abstract: A multi-level conversion circuit and a control method for flying capacitor voltage thereof are provided. In the multi-level conversion circuit, each flying capacitor is connected between a common connection node of the lower switches connected therewith and a common connection node of the upper switches connected therewith. The control method includes steps of: (a) determining the main switch and synchronous rectification switch of the lower and upper switches; (b) acquiring an adjustment value corresponding to each flying capacitor; (c) adjusting a duty ratio of the main switch according to the adjustment value corresponding to the flying capacitor connected therewith; and (d) when the multi-level conversion circuit working in a CCM, increasing a phase-shift angle between the main switches by an angle to make a peak value or a valley value of an inductor current remain unchanged before and after adjusting the duty ratio.

    Abstract: A power supply device is disclosed and includes a housing, a power board, an output terminal and a DCDC conversion module. The housing includes an accommodation space, and a first opening of a rear plate in communication with the accommodation space. The power board disposed in parallel to the lower plate is at least partially accommodated in the accommodation space, and a peripheral edge is disposed adjacent to the rear plate. The output terminal is disposed in parallel to the lower plate, and passes through the first opening of the rear plate. The DCDC conversion module is accommodated in the accommodation space and includes a primary circuit, a transformer and a secondary circuit. The transformer and the secondary circuit are arranged on the power board in sequence. The secondary circuit is arranged on part of the power board existing the peripheral edge and electrically connected to the output terminal.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a control method for an AC-DC conversion circuit. The method includes: calculating working information of an AC-DC conversion circuit according to at least one circuit parameter information of an input voltage, an input current, an output voltage, and an output current of the AC-DC conversion circuit; comparing the working information of the AC-DC conversion circuit with a preset working range to obtain an actual switching frequency or an actual switching period of the AC-DC conversion circuit. The AC-DC conversion circuit can meet requirements of Total Harmonic Distortion (THD), Power Factor (PF), efficiency and Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) and the like by adjusting the working information of the AC-DC conversion circuit through the preset working range.

    Abstract: A power factor correction circuit includes an input power source, a first bridge arm, a second bridge arm, an output capacitor and an active clamp unit. The first bridge arm includes a first switch and a second switch in series. The second bridge arm includes a third switch and a fourth switch in series. The active clamp unit includes a second inductor, a clamp capacitor and a fifth switch. The power factor correction circuit may realize the ZVS function of the first switch and the second switch by the collaboration of the active clamp unit and the conduction/non-conducting state of the first switch, the second switch, the third switch and the fourth switch.

    Abstract: A control method for a power factor correction circuit is disclosed. The power factor correction circuit includes a first bridge arm, a second bridge arm, an output capacitor and an active clamp unit. The control method includes steps of providing a first driving waveform to control a main switch, providing a second driving waveform to control an auxiliary switch, and providing a third driving signal to control a fifth switch. A first delay time is between the turning-off time point of the third driving signal and the turning-on time point of the first driving waveform, a second delay time is between the turning-on time point of the first driving waveform and the turning-off time point of the second driving waveform, and a third delay time is between the turning-off time point of the second driving waveform and the turning-on time point of the third driving signal.
