    摘要: The present invention is to provide an electromagnetic wave shielding material including a transparent substrate and a convex pattern layer composed of a conductive composition formed in a prescribed pattern on the transparent substrate, wherein the conductive composition contains conductive particles and a binder resin; and in observation of a transverse cross section of the convex pattern layer by electron microscopic photography, at least a part of the conductive particles has a fused continuation and a method for manufacturing the same. The electromagnetic wave shielding material and the method for manufacturing the same include a configuration capable of achieving a lower surface resistivity in an electromagnetic wave shielding material which is required to achieve a much more reduction in a line width of the pattern, specifically, a reduction to a line width of not more than 30 μm, and more preferably not more than 15 to 20 μm and a treatment method capable of reducing the surface resistivity by an easy and short-time treatment.

    摘要: An electrode plate for a secondary battery with nonaqueous electrolyte comprises a collector and a coated layer formed on the collector by coating a coating solution at least containing an electrode active material and a binder on the collector and then drying the same, wherein a ratio (b/a) of an amount (b) of a binder existing at a boundary portion of the coated layer on a side opposite to a collector side to an amount (a) of a binder existing at a boundary portion of the coated layer contacting the collector is 0.05 or more and less than 2. The manufacturing method of the electrode plate comprises the step of forming a coated layer having a predetermined thickness by repeating at least two times of coating and drying processes for coating the coating solution, wherein a thickness of a coated layer formed in a second time or more than second time coating and drying processes is increased by an amount in a range of 0.4 to 1.6 time of a thickness of a coated layer already formed in preceding coating and drying processes, or wherein an increased amount in weight per unit area of the coated layer formed in a second time or more than second time coating and drying processes is in a range of 0.6 to 1.6 time of a weight per unit area of a coated layer already formed in preceding coating and drying processes.

    摘要: The pattern printed sheet 1 of the present invention includes a substrate 2 and a non-visible light-reflective transparent pattern 3 printed on a surface of the substrate, wherein an ink for forming the transparent pattern 3 contains a non-visible light-reflective material capable of selectively reflecting a light having a wavelength in a non-visible light range, and the transparent pattern 3 printed on the surface of the substrate 2 has a multilayer structure in section which is repeated at predetermined intervals as observed by a scanning electron microscope, and reflects only a circular polarization component in a predetermined rotation direction relative to an incident light applied thereto. The pattern printed sheet is usable as a coordinate detecting means which is applicable a data input system of a type capable of directly hand-writing input data on an image screen of a display device, and has a reduced weight and a low price, and is readily obtained in the form of a large area sheet and can be mass-produced.

    摘要: An electrode plate for a secondary battery with a nonaqueous electrolyte composed of a collector and an active material layer which is formed of at least an active material and a binder disposed on the collector, and the electrode plate is provided with a terminal mounting portion provided with a collector surface exposed to mount a terminal. In such electrode plate, the exposed collector surface of the terminal mounting portion has the same shape and size substantially as those of an area to which the terminal is actually mounted. The electrode plate may further be provided with an identification mark made by forming the active material layer in shape of pattern on an area at which the collector surface is exposed or by exposing the collector surface in the shape of pattern on an area at which the collector is covered with the active material layer.
