    Abstract: An optical receptacle has: a first optical surface, a first transmission part, a light separation part, a second optical surface and a third optical surface. The light separation part has a reflection part and a second transmission part. The first transmission part and two or more of a plurality of second transmission parts are present within an optical effectiveness region, where the optical effectiveness region is a region from a central axis to the radius of the larger of the first optical surface and the second optical surface, and the central axis is the optical axis of the light that impinges on the first optical surface and is emitted at the second optical surface.

    Abstract: This optical receptacle has an optical receptacle body, a support member, and an adhesive. The optical receptacle body has a first optical surface, a second optical surface, and a reflective surface. The support member includes: a support member body; a through hole, into which a portion of the optical receptacle body is exposed; and a first contact portion that is in contact with a rear surface side of the optical receptacle body. The adhesive is in contact with the portion of the optical receptacle body exposed into the through-hole, and the inner surface of the through-hole. Furthermore, the optical receptacle is disposed more on the support member side than a mounting surface.

    Abstract: The problem addressed by the present invention is to provide: an optical receptacle that can be easily positioned with a photoelectric converter having a light-emitting element and a detection element. In order to solve the problem, an optical receptacle is provided, said optical receptacle being positioned between a light transmission medium and a photoelectric converter having a substrate, a photoelectric conversion element and a detection element, and the purpose of the optical receptacle being to optically couple the photoelectric conversion element and the end surface of the light transmission medium. The optical receptacle comprises a filter, a holding member for holding the filter, and a receptacle body. In the optical receptacle the holding member and the receptacle body are separate bodies, and the filter reflects towards the detection element side, as monitor light, part of the light emitted from the photoelectric conversion element, and transmits the remainder as signal light.

    Abstract: This optical receptacle is provided with: a first optical surface; a second optical surface; a first recess; a second recess; an inclined surface; insertion holes; through holes; and reference parts. The second optical surface and the inclined surface face each other at inside surfaces of the first recess. The inclined surface is inclined so as to extend away from the second optical surface as the inclined surface approaches an opening of the first recess. First openings which are open at the inclined surface and second openings which are open at an inside surface of the second recess are provided at both ends of the linear insertion holes. The thorough holes face the second openings on the central axes of the insertion holes. The reference parts are provided to the surface at the side at which the first recess and the second recess are open.

    Abstract: This optical receptacle is provided with: an optical receptacle main body provided with a plurality of first optical surfaces and a plurality of second optical surfaces; and an optical filter. Light emitted from a photoelectric conversion element becomes incident on the first optical surfaces. The second optical surfaces allow light which becomes incident on the first optical surfaces, and passes through the inside, to exit towards an end surface of an optical transmission body. The optical filter is disposed so as to face some of the plurality of second optical surfaces, and attenuates the amount of light from the facing second optical surfaces. The optical filter is disposed with respect to at least one of the one or more second optical surfaces facing the optical filter, such that positional deviation between the first optical surfaces and the second optical surfaces is taken into consideration.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the provision of a ferrule that can be connected even when the space for the connection is small. A ferrule of the present invention is configured to hold a plurality of optical transmission members and to be connected to another ferrule. The ferrule includes a first surface facing the end of the optical transmission members when the optical transmission members are held; and a plurality of second surfaces disposed opposite to the first surface in the ferrule. In the ferrule, the optical transmission members extend in the Z direction, and the ferrule is configured to be moved in a direction orthogonal to the Z direction to be connected to the other ferrule.

    Abstract: An optical receptacle includes a first optical surface, a second optical surface, and an attenuation portion. The attenuation portion includes a plurality of first reflection parts and a plurality of second reflection parts. The plurality of first reflection parts reflects a portion of light incident on the first optical surface toward the second optical surface. The second reflection parts reflect the other portion of light incident on the first optical surface in directions other than the direction toward the second optical surface. The first reflection parts and the second reflection parts are alternately disposed along a direction perpendicular to the optical axis between the first optical surface and the first reflection parts and perpendicular to the optical axis between the first reflection parts and the second optical surface.

    Abstract: The optical module according to the present invention includes a photoelectric converter and an optical receptacle. The optical receptacle includes a first optical surface, a second optical surface, a transmission and reflection part, a recess, and a third optical surface. The transmission and reflection part is secured to the inner surface of the recess at a position that does not coincide with the optical path of signal light. The transmission and reflection part transmits the signal light incident on the first optical surface toward the second optical surface. The transmission and reflection part reflects the received light incident on the second optical surface toward the third optical surface. When viewed along a direction normal to a substrate, the optical path in the recess is inclined relative to the optical path between the second optical surface and the recess.

    Abstract: An optical receptacle includes an optical receptacle main body and a filter. The optical receptacle main body includes a first optical surface, a second optical surface, a third optical surface, and a reflecting surface. The filter includes a first filter that reflects light of a first wavelength and allows light of a second wavelength to pass therethrough, and a second filter that reflects the light of the second wavelength and allows the light of the first wavelength to pass therethrough. The filter is disposed on the optical receptacle main body such that the first filter or the second filter makes intimate contact with the reflecting surface. A second central axis of the second optical surface do not coincide with a light axis of a light-receiving element. A third central axis of the third optical surface do not coincide with a light axis of a light-emitting element.
