Abstract:
The present invention relates to an outdoor heat exchanger, and more particularly, to an outdoor heat exchanger including a variable baffle whose opening and closing are controlled according to a switching of cooling/heating modes of a vehicle heat pump system to easily change a refrigerant pass and reduce the number of refrigerant passes at the time of heating than at the time of cooling.
Abstract:
Provided is a cold-storage heat exchanger. The cold-storage heat exchanger includes a pair of header tanks, and tubes which are arranged in three rows with respect to the direction of the flow of air and connected at opposite sides thereof to the header tanks. A cold-storage medium is stored in the tubes that are disposed in a middle row, and refrigerant circulates through the tubes that are disposed in front and rear rows. Therefore, the cold-storage medium can effectively store cold-energy transferred from the refrigerant. When the engine of a vehicle is stopping, the cold-storage heat exchanger can discharge the cold-energy that has been stored into the passenger compartment of the vehicle, thus preventing the temperature in the passenger compartment from rapidly increasing, thereby creating pleasant air-conditioned conditions for a user, and minimizing the energy and time required to re-cool the passenger compartment.
Abstract:
A device for a heat exchanger has a hollow cylindrical header and a plurality of flat tubes. A wall of the header includes a plurality of through openings. The flat tubes are received in the through openings through the wall into the inner cross-section of the header tube, and are aligned with the width of the flat tubes parallel to the direction of the inner dimension. A width of the flat tubes is greater than an inner dimension of the inner cross-section and is smaller than the outer dimension of the header tube, wherein the through openings are embodied as having grooves that continue in the wall of the header tube into the inner cross-section. The flat tubes, which are guided in the through openings through the wall, are arranged in the grooves.
Abstract:
Provided is a heater for vehicles, and more particularly, to a heater for vehicles, in which a first heater heated by a flowing of engine cooling water and a second heater heated by a power supply are integrally assembled, thereby increasing spatial efficiency and more increasing heat exchange performance to improve heating performance.
