    Abstract: This application provides a QoS flow control method and an apparatus. An SMF network element receives first indication information sent by an access network apparatus, where the first indication information is used to indicate that a first QoS target of a QoS flow cannot be met; and the SMF network element does not process the QoS flow if the SMF network element receives second indication information in a first preset time; or the SMF network element deletes or modifies the QoS flow if the SMF network element does not receive second indication information in a first preset time, where the second indication information is used to indicate that the first QoS target can be met.

    Abstract: A network function virtualization NFV fault management apparatus, device, and method are disclosed. The apparatus includes: a receiver, configured to receive a fault subscription message sent by at least one subscription node in an NFV system and a fault publish message sent by at least one fault publish node in the NFV system, where the fault subscription message includes fault information to which a subscription is requested; a processor, configured to perform matching between the fault information to which a subscription is requested and the fault publish message, and generate a fault notification message; and a transmitter, configured to notify the fault notification message to the at least one subscription node. According to the present invention, real-time and quick location and notification of node fault information can be implemented.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a routing method and a routing apparatus. The routing method includes: receiving a first data packet sent by a first mobile node to a first communication peer end, where the first mobility router is a mobility router in a visited network of the first mobile node, and the first data packet includes an address of the first communication peer end; acquiring an address of a proxy routing entity based on the address of the first communication peer end, where the proxy routing entity is located in a communication path between the first mobility router and the first communication peer end; establishing a first tunnel to the proxy routing entity based on the address of the proxy routing entity; and transmitting, by using the first tunnel, a data packet sent by the first communication peer end to the first mobile node.
