    Abstract: The present invention discloses an apparatus and a method for implementing collaborative work of cells, and belongs to the field of wireless communications. The method includes: acquiring a transmission delay and a transmission bandwidth that are of a serving cell and a transmission delay and a transmission bandwidth that are of at least one collaboration cell; separately acquiring a transmission scenario of each collaboration cell of the at least one collaboration cell according to the transmission delay and the transmission bandwidth that are of the serving cell and a transmission delay and a transmission bandwidth that are of each collaboration cell; and calling a collaboration function according to the transmission scenario of each collaboration cell, and implementing collaborative work of cells by using the collaboration function. The present invention ensures normal work of the collaboration function and enables the collaboration function to produce a maximum collaboration function gain.
