Abstract: This application provides a data sending method, including: receiving, by a terminal device, configuration information sent by a network device, where the configuration information is used to configure a non-scheduling resource; and starting, by the terminal device when a condition is met, a first timer, where the non-scheduling resource is not used for sending uplink data within duration of the first timer. According to the method provided in embodiments of this application, a timer is set on the terminal device, and the timer is used to instruct the terminal device whether to send data on a non-scheduling resource. Therefore, a data sending success rate and a communication latency of the terminal device can be effectively balanced.

Abstract: The present application describes a data processing method used for implementing data transmission between multiple carriers and a HARQ entity. A terminal receives mapping relationship information sent from a base station, where the mapping relationship information is used to indicate a mapping relationship between a HARQ entity of the terminal and a frequency resource configured by the base station for the terminal. The terminal determines the frequency resource. The terminal determines a HARQ entity corresponding to the frequency resource according to the mapping relationship information and processes a HARQ data block transmitted on the frequency resource by using the HARQ entity. Therefore, carrier communication channels for real-time transmission between the base station and the terminal are increased, to improve transmission efficiency.

Abstract: A method comprises: determining an uplink shared resource and a demodulation reference signal (DM-RS) that are of user equipment (UE); sending uplink data by using the uplink shared resource, wherein the uplink data comprises an identifier and the DM-RS that are of the UE; calculating an agreed feedback location, wherein the agreed feedback location is obtained according to a resource location of the uplink shared resource and the DM-RS; calculating an offset of the UE, wherein the offset of the UE is obtained according to the identifier of the UE; and receiving acknowledgement information (ACK) at a resource location of a downlink resource, wherein the resource location of the downlink resource is indicated by a combination of the agreed feedback location and the offset. According to the method, so that each UE is clear about whether the uplink data of the UE is successfully sent.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application disclose a data transmission method, which discloses: When the terminal needs to transmit uplink data of a specified service, the terminal may first send an SR by using the SR resource, to indicate that the terminal needs to send data of the specified service to the access network device. Then, the terminal sends the uplink data of the specified service by using the uplink transmission resource corresponding to the SR resource. Therefore, a time required by the terminal to obtain the uplink transmission resource used to transmit the uplink data can be significantly reduced, and a data transmission latency of the uplink data of the specified service can be reduced.
