Abstract: A network quality determining method includes, when experience quality represented by a customer experience index of a target user within a first time period is lower than experience quality represented by a customer experience index threshold, determining, using a first parameter value that is of a network key performance indicator (KPI) parameter of the target user within a second time period and that is collected by a collection device in a carrier network, a second parameter value of the network KPI parameter of the target user within the second time period in a home network, and when network quality represented by the second parameter value of the network KPI parameter is lower than network quality represented by a first threshold corresponding to the network KPI parameter in the home network, determining that quality of the home network is poor.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for mapping processing and de-mapping processing in an optical transport network are provided. A Low Order Optical Channel Data Unit (LO ODU) signal is mapped into a payload area of an Optical Channel Data Tributary (ODTU) signal in units of M bytes. M is equal to the number of time slots of a High Order Optical Channel Payload Unit (HO OPU) that are to be occupied by the ODTU signal, and M is an integer larger than 1. Overhead information is encapsulated to an overhead area of the ODTU signal. Thereafter, the ODTU signal is multiplexed into the HO OPU. According to the application, an efficient and universal mode for mapping the LO ODU to the HO OPU is provided.

Abstract: The disclosures provide a method and apparatus for transmitting and receiving interface signals of a distributed base station. At least one channel of Common Public Radio Interface (CPRI) signals of a distributed base station are encapsulated into optical transport unit x (OTUx) signals in a frame structure of OTUx by adopting Generic Mapping Procedure (GMP) mapping scheme, wherein the x represents a transmission capacity and wherein the OTUx is adopted for providing a bandwidth required by the at least one channel of CPRI signals, and then the OTUx signals that bear the at least one channel of CPRI signals are sent.

The fault feature is determined based on a knowledge graph of the target network in which the fault occurs. The knowledge graph includes a network entity and an abnormal event entity. The abnormal event entity is connected to an abnormal network entity. The abnormal network entity is a network entity that generates an abnormal event in the target network. The abnormal event entity is configured to indicate the abnormal event generated by the abnormal network entity. A type of the network entity is a network device, an interface, a protocol, or a service. The management device determines a fault root cause of the target network based on the fault feature.

Abstract: This application provides an optical link fault identification method, and relate to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: obtaining performance data of a network device, extracting a feature parameter of the performance data, and identifying a fault mode on an optical link based on the feature parameter. The method resolves problems of a difficulty in fault identification and slow troubleshooting that are caused by a large quantity of devices, many line faults, and a difficulty in obtaining manual troubleshooting cases. In addition, a fault can be quickly identified when the fault occurs, improving troubleshooting efficiency. When an optical link risk does not cause a fault, deterioration of the performance data can be found in advance based on a feature, to perform identification and warning.
