    Abstract: A system for managing network alarms generated by element manager modules responsive to corresponding faults/malfunctioning affecting network nodes or links of a telecommunication network is provided. The system may include an alarm management platform for gathering network alarms and generating a first set of network alarms comprising at least a subset of the gathered network alarms; a network operator unit arranging the network alarms into a network alarm table, and managing the faults/malfunctioning affecting the network nodes or links corresponding to the network alarms; an alarm prediction module receiving from the alarm management platform an alarm duration prediction request about a predicted duration of a selected network alarm and alarm data regarding the selected network alarm and generating an alarm duration prediction about the predicted duration by processing alarm data regarding the selected network alarm through a first machine learning algorithm trained with alarm data regarding past network alarms.

The data security system maps a set of common data compliance or security settings to the platform specific data compliance or security settings and monitors a state of the platform specific set of data compliance or security settings. An example method includes obtaining a dashboard access request for a portion of open issues managed by the issue management system, the issue management system storing variables associated with each open issue of the open issues; obtaining a dashboard data package based on scores for the portion of open issues, the scores indicating a severity level of the open issues of the portion of open issues and being based on the variables that are stored in the issue management system; and performing an action set using the dashboard data package to manage the portion of open issues.

    Abstract: An alarm tracking method includes using an element of a network to initialize an alarm counter at the start of an interval, generate an alarm including element alarm information, increment the alarm counter in response to the alarm, store some or all of the element alarm information and the alarm counter in an alarm file, push the alarm to a network manager of the network, and at the end of the interval, push the alarm file comprising the stored element alarm information and the alarm counter to the network manager. The network manager is used to compare the alarm counter to a number of alarms received from the element and generated during the interval.

    Abstract: Techniques for mitigating network failures (e.g., SLA violations, service degradations, network outages, etc.) based on output(s) from a predictive network system. The techniques may include determining that a failure is predicted to occur in a network and determining a correlation between the failure and a previous failure that occurred in the network. In examples, the correlation may be determined using a machine-learned model. The techniques may also include determining, based at least in part on the correlation, a condition contributing to the failure. In this way, prior to occurrence of the failure, a parameter associated with the network may be altered based at least in part on the condition to mitigate or otherwise prevent the failure.

    Abstract: A system for enabling users to register to use external financial services comprises a central office comprising an operating platform including a communication interface and a user database having a plurality of records for individual users; wherein the central office communicates via the communication interface with a plurality of remote formless, self-service registration stations; whereby a registration station scans an identification card with a card scanner, photographs the user to create a verification image and records a biometric parameter unique to the user, whereupon the registration station transmits an image of the identification card, the biometric parameter and the verification image to the central office; wherein the operating platform translates text from the identification card and creates a record for the user and wherein the operating platform uses the translated text to populate fields in the user record and retrieves and displays the record to an administrator for review.

These techniques include determining coverage information indicating a relationship between an incident and a plurality of incident assignment groups, and determining a plurality of incident features based on the coverage information and an incident description corresponding to the incident. In addition, the techniques include generating assignment likelihood information for each of the plurality of incident assignment groups based on the plurality of incident features, assigning the incident to an incident assignment group having a highest assignment likelihood value within the assignment likelihood information, and transmitting a notification to a device associated with the incident assignment group.
