    Abstract: This application provides a communication method, a communications apparatus, and a system. The method may include receiving, by a terminal device, a first group of precoded reference signals and a second group of precoded reference signals. The method may also include feeding back first indication information based on a channel state information (CSI) feedback-based transmission scheme, where the first indication information is used to determine a plurality of precoding vectors, at least one of the plurality of precoding vectors is determined by using the first group of precoded reference signals, and at least one of the plurality of precoding vectors is determined by using the second group of precoded reference signals.

    Abstract: This application provides a data transmission method and apparatus, and a system.     Abstract: This application provides a technical solution for rank indication, and especially when a CQI number is not configured or a CQI number is 1, a network device configures a rank indication restriction parameter as that at least one of ranks whose index numbers are 0, 1, 2, and 3 is allowed to be reported by the terminal device; or even if the network device does not perform the foregoing configuration, and none of the ranks whose index numbers are 0, 1, 2, and 3 is allowed to be reported, the terminal device may select at least one rank for RI reporting, so as to resolve a problem that a system cannot work. In addition, according to embodiments of this application, bit overheads required for RI reporting may further be reduced.

The transmission scheme indication method includes: generating transmission scheme indication information, where the transmission scheme indication information is used to indicate one of at least two transmission schemes included in a current transmission mode, and the at least two transmission schemes include a beamforming transmit diversity transmission scheme; and sending the transmission scheme indication information. This application resolves a problem of relatively low flexibility in UE data transmission, and improves flexibility in UE data transmission. This application is used for data transmission.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a precoding information collection method and a transmission device and relate to the communications field. A specific solution is: precoding, by a transmit side, a first pilot signal according to a first precoding matrix, and sending a precoded first pilot signal to a receive side, where the first precoding matrix is the same as a precoding matrix used for current data transmission; precoding, by the transmit side, N second pilot signals according to N second precoding matrices, and sending N precoded second pilot signals to the receive side, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 1, the second precoding matrices used for precoding the second pilot signals are different from each other, and the N second precoding matrices are different from the first precoding matrix; and receiving, by the transmit side, precoding feedback information sent by the receive side.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, a device, and a system for transmitting data based on a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ). The method includes: adjusting, according to current physical resources, a channel quality indicator (CQI) fed back by a terminal to obtain an adjusted CQI and determining an initial transmit power corresponding to the adjusted CQI; calculating an optimum number NRV of redundant versions (RVs) according to a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) gain, the adjusted CQI, and a requirement on quality of service of the terminal; adjusting the initial transmit power according to the optimum number of RVs and the adjusted CQI; and using NRV transmit time intervals (TTIs) and the adjusted transmit power to transmit NRV RVs of a transport block (TB) to the terminal.
