    摘要： An information processing apparatus is provided in which with respect to video/audio data to be recorded and stored, the determination of division and a control point suitable for viewing and listening and the giving of relevant information can be performed without requiring a manual operation each time. The information processing apparatus includes a recording medium 90, a video data acquisition unit 48, a video data specification unit 47, an audio data separation unit 25, a key creation unit 31, a key relevant data acquisition unit 55, and a key data management unit 10. When a key is created while specifying a section in first audio data, a name and attribute information based on a near division point and control point are stored, and when an audio section similar to an audio pattern of the key is detected from second audio data, in accordance with the stored attribute information, a division point and a control point are determined on the basis of starting and terminal ends of the detected section, and the stored name or a name given in accordance with a naming method is set for the divided section, the control point or the whole audio data.

    摘要： A coating apparatus which comprises a feeding means to feed a coating liquid, a coating liquid applicator having a slot extending in one direction to discharge the coating liquid fed by the feeding means, and a conveying means to move at least either the coating liquid applicator or a substrate to be coated with the coating liquid relatively one to the other, comprising: (a) a first control means which comprises (a-1) a position detecting means to detect positions of the coating liquid applicator or the substrate which is moved by the conveying means, and (a-2) a controller capable of stopping the coating liquid applicator or the substrate which is moved by the conveying means at a position detected by the position detecting means such that a start-of-coating line of the substrate is in register with the slot of the coating liquid applicator and capable of starting the movement of the coating liquid applicator or the substrate which is stopped at the position; and (b) a second control means which comprises a timer controller capable of transmitting a signal to the controller of the first control means for the movement of the coating liquid applicator or the substrate which is stopped at the position after a desired period which begins with commencement of feeding the coating liquid and is needed for forming a coating liquid bead which is in contact with both the exit aperture of the slot of the coating liquid applicator and the substrate at the start-of-coating line.

    摘要： The present invention has an object of providing a high-speed, low-cost, and user-friendly information processing system that can ensure scalability of memory capacity. The information processing system is configured to include an information processing device, a volatile memory, and a nonvolatile memory. By serially connecting the information processing device, the volatile memory, and the nonvolatile memory and reducing the number of connection signals, processing speed is increased while maintaining the scalability of memory capacity. When transferring data of the nonvolatile memory to the volatile memory, error correction is performed, thereby improving reliability. The information processing system including the plurality of chips is configured as an information-processing system module in which the chips are alternately stacked and arranged, and wired by a ball grid array (BGA) or by bonding between the chips.

    摘要： A semiconductor memory device is proposed wherein dummy memory cells are provided at the most remote end of each word line with the object of enabling output of correct data despite the large or varying capacity between lines accompanying the trend to large capacity and despite variation in operating times of amplification and other circuits. These dummy memory cells are connected by dummy bit lines having greater line width and narrower line spacing than bit lines. A dummy amplification circuit is provided that is activated by a sense amplification enable signal amplifies data of the dummy bit lines. An internal control signal generation circuit determines the timing of changes in level to the inactive level of the word line enable signal, sense amplification enable signal, and data latch signal according to output signals of the dummy amplification circuit.
