    摘要: A fabrication assembly comprises an apparatus that receives a composite substrate and a glass substrate having a surface with a release coating layer. A resin layer is deposited between the composite and glass substrates such that a first portion of the resin layer is positioned adjacent to a surface of the composite substrate and a second portion of the resin layer is positioned adjacent to the surface with the release coating layer to prevent aperture(s) from forming. A curing of the resin layer is conducted using electromagnetic radiation. A post-processing chamber receives the resin layer positioned between the composite substrate and the glass substrate and conducts another curing of the resin layer. The resin layer and the composite substrate are released from the glass substrate. Another deposition apparatus receives the resin layer and the composite substrate. A metallic coating is deposited to form a composite mirror object.

    摘要: A dispensing apparatus used to dispense glue on a workpiece includes a first conveyer, a robot arm and a first storing module. The first conveyer has a work region and a storage region. The workpiece is loaded on the first conveyer and transmitted from the work region to the storage region. The robot arm is movably disposed adjacent to the work region and has a dispensing unit and an image identifying unit. The image identifying unit retrieves an image signal of the work region. The robot aim controls the dispensing unit to dispense glue on the workpiece according to the image signal of the work region. The first conveyer transmits the dispensed workpiece from the work region to the storage region. The first storing module, which is disposed adjacent to the storage region, supports the dispensed workpiece and lifts it away from the first conveyer.

The same or another conveyor (8) conveys the fasteners to an irradiation station (10) and rotates the fasteners for irradiation thereof. The irradiation station irradiates and thus cures the composition applied to each fastener. The invention also provides A curable composition for application to a threaded article, comprising a dispersion of: (i) components of a first cure mechanism comprising: (a) a (meth)acrylate functional monomer component; (b) a (meth)acrylate functional oligomer component; and (c) a photoinitiator component; (ii) components of a second cure mechanism comprising: (e) an amine component; and (f) an encapsulated epoxy resin component; together with (iii) a thickener component suitable to impart sufficient viscosity to the uncured composition to maintain the dispersion of the other components in the composition; wherein the photoinitiator component is suitable upon irradiation of the composition to achieve a first cure through the depth of the composition applied to a threaded article so that a binder matrix is formed with the components of the second cure mechanism dispersed through the matrix.
