    摘要: An input device includes a touch panel which recognizes a press on each touch area and outputs press information and a controller which receives the press information output from the touch panel and transmits corresponding data to a main apparatus. The controller registers pressed regions of the touch panel and regions surrounding the pressed regions as touch areas in a touch area registration process performed prior to execution of data input operation. Upon receiving particular press information, the controller switches the kind of data to be input by pressing the touch areas and annunciates switching of the kind of input data by producing an audible message.

    摘要: A photometer comprising a measurement button and a FIX key; a photoelectric conversion circuit which is actuated by the measurement button so as to start a measurement; a random-access memory which holds a measured light value, obtained through the measurement by the photoelectric conversion circuit, when the FIX key is operated; an accumulator which calculates deviation of a measured light value obtained through the measurement effected by the photoelectric conversion circuit from the measured light value held by the random-access memory; and a display element by which; (a) when the random-access memory is not holding a measured light value, a measured light value obtained through the measurement effected by the photoelectric conversion circuit is displayed, (b) when the random-access memory is holding a measured light value and the measurement button is out of operation, the measured light value being held is displayed, and (c) when the random-access memory is holding a measured light value and the measurement button is operated, the deviation obtained by the accumulator is displayed instead of the measured light values while the measurement button is in operation.

    摘要: A camera is provided with a photographing device for setting various photographing conditions which determine a state of a subject image to be obtained as a picture, the photography device including an exposure device having a Plurality of selectively settable exposure modes for automatically setting at least one exposure value based on brightness of a subject, a mode selector for selecting one of the plurality of exposure modes, a calculation unit for calculating an amount indicative of the state of the subject image in accordance with the photographing conditions set by the photography device, an estimation unit for estimating visual effects which the subject image provides based on the calculated state amount, and a display device for displaying the visual effect corresponding to the exposure mode selected by the mode selection means in accordance with the estimated visual effects. Accordingly, an operator of the camera is allowed to conceive before an exposing operation what the final picture will look like in accordance with the photographing conditions set in a variety of exposure modes.

    摘要: A winding and rewinding apparatus for a camera comprises a winding mechanism, a detector, a rewinding mechanism, a selector and a controller. The winding mechanism winds the film frame by frame, and the detector detects the completion of exposure of the roll of film which is wound by the winding mechanism. The rewinding mechanism rewinds the film automatically in response to the detection of the detecting means. The selector includes a selecting switch which is operable manually, for selecting in response to the operation of the selecting switch one of a first mode in which the operation of the rewinding mechanism is permitted and a second mode in which the operation of the rewinding mechanism is inhibited irrespective of the detection of the detector. The controller controls the rewinding mechanism in accordance with the mode selected by the selecting switch. According to such arrangement, the user can select a manual rewinding mode or an automatic rewinding mode by a simple operation.
