Abstract: A session management function (SMF) sends to a charging function (CHF), a charging policy request message requesting charging policy information for a packet data unit (PDU) session of a wireless device. The SMF receives, by from the CHF, a response message comprising the charging policy information for the PDU session. The charging policy information comprises: a first charging method; and an information element indicating that a first charging rate is applicable for the PDU session. The SMF determines, based on the charging policy information, a charging control rule for the PDU session. The SMF enforces the charging control rule.

Abstract: A wireless device may receive configuration parameters indicating a minimum scheduling offset value of a bandwidth part (BWP). The minimum scheduling offset value may be a minimum value of one or more possible scheduling offset values, in the time domain, between downlink control information (DCI) and a downlink data channel schedulable by the DCI. The wireless device may receive a first DCI comprising a BWP index of the BWP and a field indicating to apply the minimum scheduling offset value. The wireless device may receive a second DCI indicating a scheduling offset value between the second DCI and a downlink data channel scheduled by the second DCI. The scheduling offset value may be greater than, or equal to, the minimum scheduling offset value based on the field.

Abstract: A base station transmits, to a wireless device, at least one first radio resource control message comprising configuration parameters for a first session associated with a first session identifier between the wireless device and a user plane function and a second session associated with a second session identifier different from the first session identifier, for packet duplication of the first session, between the wireless device and the user plane function. The base station transmits, to the wireless device, at least one second radio resource control message indicating activation of the packet duplication. Based on the activation of the packet duplication, the base station receives original packets via the first session associated with the user plane function and duplicated packets of the first session via the second session.
