    Abstract: A beam refinement method and a communications device, where the method includes determining, by a first device, a format of an enhanced Beam Refinement Protocol (eBRP) packet, where the eBRP packet includes a training field, the training field includes an eBRP channel estimation (eBRP-CE) sub-field and an eBRP training (eBRP-TRN) sub-field, and a ratio of a quantity of Gray codes composing the eBRP-CE sub-field in the training field to a quantity of Gray codes composing the eBRP-TRN sub-field in the training field is less than 9:20, and sending, by the first device, the eBRP packet to a second device based on the determined format of the eBRP packet. Hence, an effective proportion of the eBRP-TRN sub-field in the training field can be increased such that more Antenna Weight Vector (AWV) configurations can be attempted within a same period of time.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a reference signal configuration method, including: generating a reference signal, where the reference signal includes a first part and a second part, the first part and the second part have a same length, and a sum of a DC component of the first part and a DC component of the second part is zero; generating an enhanced directional multi-gigabit EDMG packet including the reference signal; and sending the EDMG packet. Embodiments of the present application further provide a reference signal configuration apparatus. According to the embodiments of the present application, a reference signal with a zero DC component can be obtained, thereby facilitating channel estimation that is based on CE.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses an apparatus and a method for scheduling a timeslot. The apparatus includes: a first acquiring module, configured to acquire first interference information; a second acquiring module, configured to acquire second interference information; a third acquiring module, configured to acquire timeslot scheduling information of a link of the at least one second BSS, where the timeslot scheduling information is used to indicate information about a scheduled timeslot of the link of the at least one second BSS; and a scheduling module, configured to schedule a timeslot for a link of the first BSS according to the first interference information, the second interference information, and the timeslot scheduling information. According to the apparatus and the method for scheduling a timeslot in embodiments of the present invention, interference to a link of another network can be avoided actively, and a timeslot can be scheduled properly.
