Abstract: A mobile edge computing method and apparatus are provided. The method which is implemented by a mobile edge computing (MEC) management network element includes: receiving an MEC virtualization resource request sent by a control plane of a target radio access network (RAN), wherein the control plane belongs to the target RAN to which user equipment (UE) is handed over, and the MEC virtualization resource request includes an MEC computing resource requirement of the UE; creating, based on the MEC virtualization resource request, a new virtual machine (VM) on an MEC server for the UE, wherein the new VM is used on the target RAN side after the handover; and sending first information of the new VM to the control plane, wherein the first information includes an ID of the new VM. According to the application, the efficiency of usage of resources during a handover of UE is significantly improved.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and discloses a beam tracking method, apparatus, and system, so as to ensure rapid discovery and to switch from an optimal link to a backup link in time, or switch from a backup link to an optimal link, thereby effectively improving a throughput of a system link. The beam tracking method includes: transmitting, by a beam tracking initiator, a beam tracking request to a beam tracking responder; receiving, by the beam tracking initiator, an enhanced beam tracking training auxiliary sequence transmitted, according to the enhanced beam tracking request, by the beam tracking responder; and when it is determined according to a reception detection result of the enhanced beam tracking training auxiliary sequence that it is necessary to switch to a backup beam link, transmitting, by the beam tracking initiator, first link switching information to the beam tracking responder.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a data packet processing method and apparatus, and a device. The method includes: if a first data packet is received, determining a first cache queue that is in the first buffer and that is used to store the first data packet; buffering the first data packet in the second buffer if a state of the first cache queue is an invalid state, where a data amount of the first data packet is less than the capacity of the second buffer, and the state of the first cache queue is set to the invalid state when a current data amount of the first buffer reaches the capacity of the first buffer; and if a data amount of the second buffer reaches the capacity of the second buffer, sending all data packets that are in the second buffer to a control plane device.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an apparatus and a method for scheduling a timeslot. The apparatus includes: a first acquiring module, configured to acquire first interference information; a second acquiring module, configured to acquire second interference information; a third acquiring module, configured to acquire timeslot scheduling information of a link of the at least one second BSS, where the timeslot scheduling information is used to indicate information about a scheduled timeslot of the link of the at least one second BSS; and a scheduling module, configured to schedule a timeslot for a link of the first BSS according to the first interference information, the second interference information, and the timeslot scheduling information. According to the apparatus and the method for scheduling a timeslot in embodiments of the present invention, interference to a link of another network can be avoided actively, and a timeslot can be scheduled properly.
