    Abstract: Embodiments provide resource scheduling method, user equipment, and an access network device. The method includes: receiving, by user equipment over a first control channel, first indication information corresponding to a transport block, where time-frequency resources occupied by a data channel in which the transport block is located include a first resource set and a second resource set, and the first indication information is used to indicate the first resource set and a time-frequency resource of a second control channel; receiving, by the user equipment, second indication information over the second control channel, where the second indication information is used to indicate the second resource set; and determining, by the user equipment, the transport block based on the first resource set and the second resource set. This can reduce control signaling overheads and improve flexibility of control channel resource scheduling.

The method includes scrambling PBCH based on a first scrambling code of the PBCH, where the first scrambling code is one of four scrambling codes, where a combination of a second least significant bit and a third least significant bit of a system frame number (SFN) indicates one value of four values, and where the four scrambling codes have a one-to-one correspondence with the four values, and sending the PBCH to a terminal device.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for measuring and feeding back channel state information. In one example method, a user equipment (UE) receives a first channel state information report type configured by a base station and K channel state information-reference signal (CSI-RS) resources transmitted by the base station. The UE determines, according to the first channel state information report type, at least one of a rank indication (RI) and a beamforming indication (BI) on S subbands of a wideband on which the K CSI-RS resources are transmitted.     Abstract: This application provides a channel state information (CSI) sending method, an apparatus, and a system. In this solution, a terminal device feeds back a first rank used for a common channel and a first precoding matrix indicator, and feeds back a second rank used for a traffic channel and a second precoding matrix indicator to a base station. The first precoding matrix indicator is used to indicate a first precoding matrix in a first precoding matrix set. The second precoding matrix indicator is used to indicate a second precoding matrix in a second precoding matrix set. The first precoding matrix set is different from the second precoding matrix set. Different precoding matrix sets are used on the common channel and the traffic channel, to obtain channel state information, thereby reducing bits required for feedback while satisfying a system requirement.
