Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose an access control method, a terminal, and an access network device. The method includes: receiving, by an access network device, indication information; determining, by the access network device, a terminal as a terminal in high-speed movement based on the indication information;performing, by the access network device, a timing operation; when a time of the timing operation exceeds a preset time threshold, calculating, by the access network device, a moving speed of the terminal; and when the moving speed of the terminal is less than a preset speed threshold, forbidding, by the access network device, the terminal to access a cell of the access network device, where the cell of the access network device is a dedicated cell of a terminal located in a high-speed moving vehicle.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a data transmission method, user equipment, and an access network device. UE transmits air interface data to an access network device by using a serving cell set including at least two core serving cells that can independently serve the UE to transmit data, and initiates an RRC connection re-establishment process to the access network device only when detecting that all core serving cells in the serving cell set are unavailable. Data transmission is performed by using an available serving cell to the greatest extent. In other words, data transmission can be performed by using any available core serving cell, to reduce the dependence of data transmission between serving cells and minimize possibility of data transmission interruption, thereby improving data transmission robustness.

Abstract: A communication method and apparatus are disclosed. After receiving, from a source network device, a first message that enables a terminal device to handover from the source network device to a target network device, maintaining data transmission with the source network device; and sending a first report in response to subsequently detecting that a connection between the terminal device and the source network device fails. In the foregoing solution, the sub-area is introduced, and the terminal device only needs to obtain the satellite ephemeris information corresponding to the sub-area in which the terminal device is located. This reduces an amount of satellite ephemeris information obtained by the terminal device, and therefore can reduce overheads of the terminal device.
