Abstract: The method includes: A first terminal device determines a transmit power of a data channel, wherein the transmit power of the data channel comprise a first data channel part and a transmit power of a second data channel part, where the first data channel part is a part of the data channel that has a same time domain resource with a control channel, and the second data channel part is another part of the data channel that has a different time domain resource with the control channel. The first terminal device sends data in the first data channel part at the transmit power of the first data channel part, and sends data in the second data channel part at the transmit power of the second data channel part. This application may be applied to internet of vehicles, for example, V2X, LTE-V, and V2V.

Abstract: The communication method and the communications apparatus may be applied to the internet of vehicles, for example, V2X, LTE-V, and V2V. The method includes: A first terminal apparatus determines a scaling factor based on a subcarrier spacing of a first time-frequency resource to be used to send first data and/or a quantity of slots occupied by the first time-frequency resource. The first data is to-be-sent data of the first terminal apparatus, and the first time-frequency resource occupies a single slot or a plurality of consecutive slots. Then, the first terminal apparatus determines, based on the scaling factor, a size of a transmission block carrying the first data, and sends the transmission block carrying the first data to a second terminal apparatus on the first time-frequency resource.

Abstract: A method for determining a modulation and coding scheme is disclosed. The method is performed by a network device. Abstract: This application provides a method for determining a transport block size and a communication apparatus, which may be used in systems such as vehicle-to-everything, V2X, and V2V. A receive-end terminal device and a transmit-end terminal device may determine a quantity of encoded symbols based on a symbol length used for sidelink communication in a time unit and a scaling factor, and may further determine a transport block size of a data channel based on the quantity of encoded symbols. Therefore, for all slots used for sidelink communication, a same quantity of encoded symbols can be determined, and a same transport block size can be further determined. In this way, initial transmission or retransmission of a transport block can be performed in each slot used for sidelink communication, to avoid a limitation on selection of a transmission resource and a resulting transmission delay.

Abstract: Example beam training methods and apparatus are described. In one example method, a first terminal apparatus sends a first message to a second terminal apparatus, where the first message includes a request for a first list, the first list includes an identifier of at least one sidelink synchronization signal, and the at least one sidelink synchronization signal is a sidelink synchronization signal that is not used by the second terminal apparatus within a preset time range and/or that is not used by another terminal apparatus within an area in which the second terminal apparatus is located. The first terminal apparatus receives a second message from the second terminal apparatus, where the second message includes the first list. A first sidelink synchronization signal is determined based on the identifier of the at least one sidelink synchronization signal in the first list. The first sidelink synchronization signal is used for beam training.

Abstract: In a method for resource determination for sidelink communications, a first terminal apparatus determines an available time-frequency resource set in a resource selection window based on resource reservation information of a second terminal apparatus and a first channel occupancy time. The first channel occupancy time is shared by the first terminal apparatus and the second terminal apparatus. When a time-frequency resource occupied by another terminal apparatus during resource selection is excluded, the first terminal apparatus does not need to exclude a time-frequency resource unit reserved by that other terminal apparatus except when it is the second terminal apparatus, to prevent excessive time-frequency resource units from being excluded.
