    Abstract: A method for wireless communication and an apparatus are provided, comprising: determining location information, wherein the location information indicating a quantity of M subcarrier spacings between a second location of a physical resource block (PRB) in a system common PRB grid and a first location in a synchronization signal block, the system common PRB grid having a first subcarrier spacing, the first location being a beginning subcarrier of the synchronization signal block and the first location overlapping with the PRB, M is a value of a preset value set, and the preset value set is {0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23}; sending the location information via a broadcast message.

    Abstract: The present application relates to the mobile communications field, and in particular, to a technology for determining a carrier center frequency in a wireless communications system. In a method for determining a carrier center frequency, a carrier center frequency used by a base station and UE to communicate is determined according to a frequency band starting frequency, an absolute radio frequency channel number, a frequency band offset, and a relative radio frequency channel number. According to a solution provided in this application, a time for searching for a cell by a terminal can be reduced, power consumption of the terminal can be reduced, and a battery life can be extended.

    Abstract: A signal transmission method includes a radar detection apparatus selecting a transmit frequency band from a predefined or pre-specified first frequency band. The first frequency band is pre-divided into M sub-frequency bands, and the transmit frequency band includes N sub-frequency bands in the M sub-frequency bands, where a bandwidth of the transmit frequency band is greater than or equal to an operating bandwidth of the radar detection apparatus. A sum of bandwidths of any N−1 sub-frequency bands in the N sub-frequency bands is less than the operating bandwidth of the radar detection apparatus. In addition, a minimum quantity of sub-frequency bands is used to transmit a signal.
