    Abstract: This application provides a scheduling request processing method and an apparatus. The method includes: determining, by a terminal device, that a condition for triggering a scheduling request SR of a first service is met; determining, by the terminal device, whether a priority of the first service is higher than a priority of a second service for which a scheduling request SR has been triggered or has been sent; and when determining that the priority of the first service is higher than the priority of the second service, triggering and/or sending, by the terminal device, the SR of the first service.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an uplink feedback method, user equipment, and a base station, where the method includes: detecting, by user equipment, downlink data in at least two consecutive downlink sub-frames; performing joint encoding, by the user equipment, for a feedback for the downlink data in the at least two consecutive downlink sub-frames; and transmitting, by the user equipment in an uplink sub-frame corresponding to the last sub-frame of the at least two consecutive downlink sub-frames, joint uplink feedback information for the at least two consecutive downlink sub-frames, so as to resolve issue how uplink feedback is performed when downlink bandwidth is different from uplink bandwidth.

    Abstract: A data transmission method, a device and a system are disclosed. In an embodiment the data method includes obtaining, by UE, first information, where the first information includes at least one of a location information of the UE, a channel quality between the UE and a base station, a channel load between the UE and the base station, a size of data to be sent by the UE, or an uplink service arrival sparseness degree of the base station, determining, by the UE, whether the first information meets a preset condition, and, when the first information does not meet the preset condition, obtaining, by the UE, an unscheduled uplink data transmission resource, and sending data to the base station by using the unscheduled uplink data transmission resource.
