A second power level is determined for transmission of second uplink control information via the second resource. The first power level is scaled based on a first scaling factor. The first scaling factor is determined based on a first priority of the first uplink control channel. The second power level is scaled based on a second scaling factor. The second scaling factor is determined based on a second priority of the second uplink control channel. A sum of the power levels is larger than an allowed transmission power.

A transport block is transmitted based on the listen before talk procedure indicating a clear channel.

摘要: A wireless device may receive configuration parameters for configured uplink transmissions via a plurality of resources. A first uplink transmission may be associated with a first resource in the plurality of resources and may be associated with a first HARQ process number. The wireless device may cancel a trigger for transmitting a buffer status report and create a first packet comprising the buffer status report for transmission via the first resource. The wireless device may receive, before a scheduled transmission of the first packet, a downlink control information for transmission of a second packet. The second packet may be associated with the first HARQ process number. In response to the downlink control information, the wireless device may drop the scheduled transmission of the first packet via the first resource and trigger the trigger for transmitting the buffer status report in response to receiving the downlink control information.

The first CSI reports of the first downlink BWP are transmitted via the first uplink control channel resource on an uplink BWP of the uplink BWP(s). An active BWP is switched from the first downlink BWP to the second downlink BWP. The second CSI reports of the second downlink BWP are transmitted, after the switching, via the second uplink control channel resource on the uplink BWP of the uplink BWP(s).

One or more second messages may be received. The one or more second messages may comprise second configuration parameter of the cell. The second configuration parameters may indicate a second default bandwidth part of the bandwidth parts. In response to the one or more second messages, the second default bandwidth part may be switched to as the active bandwidth part. One or more uplink signals for the second default bandwidth part may be transmitted in response to the switching.

The message(s) comprise a first aggregate maximum bit rate of the wireless device at the first base station. The message(s) comprise a PDCP packet duplication parameter indicating that a first packet flow comprises duplicated PDCP packets. The first base station receives the duplicated PDCP packets of the first packet flow from the second base station. The first base station transmits the duplicated PDCP packets to the wireless device. The first base station determines that a bit rate between the wireless device and the first base station exceeds the first aggregate maximum bit rate. The determining ignores, based on the PDCP packet duplication parameter, the duplicated PDCP packets. The first base station limits the bit rate between the wireless device and the first base station based on the determining.
