A power system having two motors includes: a first motor transmitting power to an output shaft of an engine or receiving power from the output shaft of the engine; a first clutch selectively connecting a first rotor of the first motor to the output shaft and mounted on a first power transmitting member that operably connects the output shaft and the first rotor of the first motor; a second motor outputting power to an input shaft of a transmission; and a second clutch selectively connecting the output shaft to a second rotor of the second motor and mounted on a second power transmitting member that operably connects the output shaft and the second rotor of the second motor.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a tantalum-silver composite electrode: The method comprises:(a) preparing a molten salt; (b) disposing a corrosion-resistant metal on an anode; (c) disposing a base substrate on a cathode; (d) inserting the corrosion-resistant metal and the base substrate into the molten salt; and (e) electrodepositing the corrosion-resistant metal on the base substrate by applying a current density to the base substrate. In particular, the molten salt has a lower melting temperature, the corrosion-resistant metal is tantalum, and the base substrate is a substrate comprising silver.

A method of performing a mode transition in a hybrid vehicle includes: determining a transition from a first mode to a second mode; comparing a driver's required torque with a maximum torque of an electric motor, determining a compensation torque when the driver's required torque is greater than the maximum torque; and determining a first torque to be output from an engine and a second torque to be output from a hybrid starter generator, which is connected to the engine, in consideration of the compensation torque and a system efficiency.

A control method of a power train for a hybrid vehicle is provided. The method includes determining whether an engine corresponds to an optimal operating point when intervention for upshifting is demanded during an HEV driving mode and determining whether an amount of demanded intervention is equal to or less than a value adding maximum intervention torques of a drive motor and an HSG. Each intervention torque of the drive motor and the HSG is determined to adjust a whole energy-collect rate by the drive motor and the HSG to a maximum value of the amount of demanded intervention, and simultaneously, the value adding the intervention torques of the drive motor and the HSG satisfies the amount of demanded intervention.

A control method of a dual clutch transmission for a hybrid electric vehicle, and a control system for the dual clutch transmission. The control method includes: a handover step of performing a handover process of a transmission while controlling clutch torque of an engaging-side input shaft to maintain a rotational speed change rate of the engaging-side input shaft at a reference change rate; and an actual shifting step of synchronizing a rotational speed of a motor with a rotational speed of the engaging-side input shaft when the first finish determining step determines that the handover process has finished, and of increasing a rotational speed change rate of the motor by increasing motor torque when a synchronization rate is a reference synchronization rate or less.

A method and an apparatus for controlling a hybrid electric vehicle are provided. The method includes: determining whether a coasting condition is satisfied and whether a current gear stage is greater than or equal to a predetermined gear stage; determining whether a brake pedal is pushed when the coasting condition is satisfied and the current gear stage is greater than or equal to the predetermined gear stage; determining whether deceleration of the hybrid electric vehicle is less than a predetermined deceleration when the brake pedal is pushed; connecting a speed gear to an output shaft when the deceleration of the hybrid electric vehicle is less than the predetermined deceleration; determining whether a shift condition before stopping from a current gear stage to a target gear stage is satisfied; and locking up a shift clutch when the shift condition before stopping is satisfied.
