摘要: A shift control method can be used for a vehicle with a dual-clutch transmission (DCT). A controller determines whether or not a power-on upshift is initiated in a state in which a high performance mode has been selected. The controller performs a torque phase in which a coupling-side clutch torque is gradually increased and a release-side clutch torque is gradually released. The coupling-side clutch torque is gradually increased to a target coupling-side clutch torque corresponding to a value obtained by adding a push feel torque to a base torque. The controller performs an inertia phase in which the coupling-side clutch torque is gradually increased while tracing an engine torque such that an engine speed is synchronized with a coupling-side clutch speed. The controller completes speed change through gradual decrease of the coupling-side clutch torque.

摘要: A clutch control method of the vehicle provided with the double clutch transmission may include determining, by the controller, whether a vehicle is travelling at the lowest shifting stage or the highest shifting stage and the pre-engagement of a proximate shifting stage is completed or not; storing a learned driveshaft clutch torque and a current clutch temperature and initiating a timer when it is determined that the learned driveshaft clutch torque is considered reliable by the controller learning the driveshaft clutch torque; determining, by the controller, a plurality of conditions including the passage of time to determine whether a touch point learning of the non-driveshaft clutch is necessary or not; and disengaging, by the controller, the proximate shifting stage of the non-driveshaft to neutral when it is determined that the touch point learning is necessary and performing the touch point learning of non-driveshaft.

摘要: An upshift control method for a dual clutch transmission (DCT) for a vehicle includes: determining, by a controller, whether or not an inertia phase begins when a driver accelerator pedal depression amount increases during power-on upshifting; calculating, by the controller, a first control amount, which is a first final clutch torque for controlling an engaging clutch, when the inner phase begins, in consideration of a difference between a current accelerator pedal depression amount and an accelerator pedal depression amount at beginning of the inertia phase, a difference between the current accelerator pedal depression amount and a maximum value of an accelerator pedal depression amount during the inertia phase elapsed until a present time, and a target engine torque, and controlling, by the controller, the engaging clutch with the final clutch torque calculated in the calculating.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a shifting control method that improves driving stability by reducing roll-back of a vehicle during the process of shifting on an uphill slope. The shifting control method for a hybrid vehicle includes: determining a degree of roll-back of the vehicle on the basis of a change in the number of revolutions of a transmission input shaft, when power-off down-shifting into a lowest gear is requested; decreasing a disengaging clutch torque, increasing an engaging clutch torque, and increasing a motor torque so that the motor torque follows a desired motor torque, when the degree of roll-back is equal to or greater than a set value; synchronizing a motor speed with an engaging input shaft speed by decreasing the motor torque, when the disengaging clutch torque is equal to or less than a set torque; and finishing the shifting by increasing the motor torque when the synchronization is finished.
