The power drive system includes: an engine; a plurality of input shafts, the engine is arranged to be selectively engaged with at least one of the plurality of input shafts, and each input shaft is provided with a plurality of gear driving gears; and a plurality of output shafts, each output shaft is provided with a plurality of gear driven gears, the plurality of gear driven gears and the plurality of gear driving gears are correspondingly meshed, a reverse gear output gear is idly mounted on one of the plurality of output shafts, and the one of the plurality of output shafts is further provided with a reverse gear synchronizer used for being engaged with the reverse gear output gear, one side of one of the plurality of gear driven gears is provided with a gear portion to form a duplicate gear, and the reverse gear output gear is meshed with the gear portion.

The controller (26) acquires a pump torque adjustment amount (Qadj) based on a deviation (ΔAH) between a current integrating value (AH1) acquired by integrating a value of a current flowing into the motor generator (30) when the hydraulic actuator is driven and a current integrating reference value (AH0).

Consequently, a powertrain with driving paths from multiple power sources in multiple stages can be achieved while avoiding the use of a three-shaft structure.

A controller is configured to change the speed difference in the coupling, and to change a speed or a torque of at least one of the first motor and the second motor after changing the speed difference in the coupling.

摘要: A system and method are provided for hybrid electric internal combustion engine applications in which a motor-generator, a narrow switchable coupling and a torque transfer unit therebetween are arranged and positioned in the constrained environment at the front of an engine in applications such as commercial vehicles, off-road vehicles and stationary engine installations. The motor-generator is preferably positioned laterally offset from the switchable coupling, which is co-axially-arranged with the front end of the engine crankshaft. The switchable coupling is an integrated unit in which a crankshaft vibration damper, an engine accessory drive pulley and a disengageable clutch overlap such that the axial depth of the clutch-pulley-damper unit is nearly the same as a conventional belt drive pulley and engine damper. The front end motor-generator system includes an electrical energy store that receives electrical energy generated by the motor-generator when the coupling is engaged. When the coupling is disengaged, the motor-generator may drive the pulley portion of the clutch-pulley-damper to drive the engine accessories using energy returned from the energy store, independent of the engine crankshaft.

摘要: A method to control a hybrid powertrain (2) in a vehicle, the powertrain including a combustion engine (3), an electric machine (4) and a gearbox (6) with an input shaft (10) and output shaft (18), wherein the combustion engine (3) and the electric machine (4) are connected to the input shaft (10). The method includes the steps of controlling the gearbox (6) to a neutral position; controlling the speed of the electric machine (4) to a predetermined speed, corresponding to a target speed for the input shaft (10) according to the next selected gear; engaging a gear in the gearbox (6); controlling the electric machine (4), so that the electric machine (4) accelerates or decelerates depending on a requested driving torque for the vehicle (1); detecting when a control signal for the electric machine (4) corresponds to a predetermined signal value; and controlling the electric machine (4) to the requested driving torque. Also, a hybrid powertrain and a vehicle (1), and a computer program (P) and a computer program product for performing the method are disclosed.
