    Abstract: Logic may generate a wake-up radio packet, wherein the wake-up radio packet comprises an on-off keying (OOK) signal, a sequence of a preamble of the wake-up radio packet to indicate a rate of transmission of one or more OOK orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) symbols of a medium access control (MAC) frame of the wake-up radio packet, wherein a duration of transmission of the preamble is 128 microseconds for a low data rate and a duration of transmission of the preamble is 64 microseconds for a low data rate. Logic may communicate the wake-up radio packet to a physical layer device to transmit OFDM symbols of an IEEE 802.11 preamble on a channel followed by OOK OFDM symbols of the wake-up radio packet on a sub-band of the channel. And logic may generate at least a second wake-up radio packet to transmit on a contiguous channel bandwidth with OOK OFDM symbols.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides techniques for power control for communications under a Very Low Power (VLP) mode. A communication device includes: processing circuitry, to encode a message to be transmitted to a second communication device, to indicate a setpoint, wherein the setpoint is defined as a minimum power at which a packet is required to be transmitted under a set of packet parameters, such that the packet could be successfully received by the communication device; and a transceiver, to transmit the message to the second communication device, and receive the packet transmitted at a power determined based on the setpoint and a margin, from the second communication device, wherein the margin is determined based on a probability of measurement errors.

    Abstract: The application relates to an apparatus and method used in Wireless Local Area Networks (WLANs).     Abstract: Logic to initialize a scrambler. Logic to receive a portion of a first physical layer protocol data unit (PPDU) comprising a multi-user ready to send (MU-RTS) and first scrambler initialization bit sequence used to scramble the MU-RTS prior to transmission of the PPDU. Logic to determine a second scrambler initialization bit sequence in accordance with a pre-defined procedure. Logic to generate a medium access control (MAC) clear to send (CTS) frame to transmit in response to receipt of the MU-RTS. Logic to initialize a scrambler with the scrambler initialization bit sequence. Logic to generate a second PPDU comprising the CTS frame, the generation of the second PPDU to scramble the CTS frame with the scrambler after initialization. Logic to cause the transmission of the second PPDU in response to receipt of the MU-RTS. And logic to determine scrambler initialization bits having seven least significant bits are not all zeros.

    Abstract: Provided herein is radiation safety mechanism based on Wi-Fi sensing. The disclosure provides an apparatus, comprising: a memory; and processor circuitry coupled with the memory, wherein the processor circuitry is to: obtain an environment map of a Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi) device, based on Wi-Fi sensing of a detecting module of the Wi-Fi device; estimate a distance between the Wi-Fi device and an animate object within the environment map or a location of the animate object; and adapt, based on the distance or the location, a communication parameter of the Wi-Fi device to reduce RF energy exposure on the animate object, and wherein the memory is to store the environment map.     Abstract: The disclosure provides techniques for configuration of a NFRP trigger frame for a NDP feedback report procedure. An apparatus may include interface circuitry; and processor circuitry coupled with the interface circuitry and configured to: encode a NFRP trigger frame in a PPDU; and provide the PPDU to the interface circuitry for transmission to a set of one or more STAs. A total bandwidth of the PPDU may be divided into one or more frequency segments, the NFRP trigger frame may include one or more User Info fields, and each User Info field may correspond to a respective frequency segment of the one or more frequency segments and provide NDP Feedback associated information for a subset of one or more STAs on the respective frequency segment.
