    摘要: A copolyester film comprising: (a) a copolyester which comprises, as a dicarboxylic acid component, 80 to 97 mole percent of terephthalic acid and 3 to 20 mole percent of isophthalic acid and, as a diol component, 60 to 85 mole percent of 1,4-butanediol and 15 to 40 mole percent of diethylene glycol, and said copolyester having a reduced viscosity in the range of 0.8 to 1.4 dl/g and a melting point in the range of 160.degree. to 200.degree. C.; and said film having (b) a heat of crystal fusion in the range of 5 to 10 cal/g, (c) a haze value in the range of 5 to 35 percent, and (d) an initial Young's modulus in the range of 3.times.10.sup.3 kg/cm.sup.2 to 30.times.10.sup.3 kg/cm.sup.2. A hot melt adhesive comprising said film is also provided. This hot melt adhesive has excellent high speed bonding characteristics, durability and high bond strength with respect to substrates.

    摘要: Microporous crumbs of a hydrogenated block copolymer, produced by the process comprising feeding a solution of a hydrogenated block copolymer in a hydrocarbon solvent at a concentration of said hydrogenated block copolymer within a range from 5% to 60% by weight into hot water while maintaining the temperature of said solution at 40.degree. C.-150.degree. C., and then steam stripping at a temperature higher than the boiling point of the hydrocarbon solvent or higher than the azeotropic point of the hydrocarbon solvent and water when they form an azeotropic mixture and lower than 150.degree. C., wherein said hydrogenated block copolymer is obtained by hydrogenating more than 50% of unsaturated bonds derived from conjugated diene of a block copolymer having at least one polymer block consisting essentially of a vinyl aromatic compound and at least one polymer block consisting essentially of a conjugated diene in which the weight ratio of the vinyl aromatic compound to the conjugated diene is within a range from 5/95 to 95/5, and wherein said crumbs have (1) a bulk density of more than 0.18 g/cc, (2) a total volume of micropores of is more than 0.4 cc/g and (3) a ratio of the sum of the volume of micropores having a pore diameter within a range from 0.14 to 3.9 .mu.m based on the total volume of the micropores of more than 8% are provided. The microporous crumbs can absorb a softening agent, a plasticizer and the like uniformly and rapidly, have an excellent handling property and provide molding compounds free of non-melted matters.

    摘要: A polycarbonate resin composition which comprises(i) bisphenol type aromatic polycarbonate, in admixture with(ii) 5 to 200 parts by weight of a polyester type copolymer, per 100 parts by weight of said bisphenol type aromatic polycarbonate, which is produced by adding(a) 5 to 100 parts by weight of bisphenol type aromatic polycarbonate having a viscosity-average molecular weight of not less than 5,000,to (b) 100 parts by weight of a polyester precursor having a number-average polymerization degree of 1 to 30 which is obtained from bifunctional carboxylic acid mainly composed of terephthalic acid or a derivative thereof having an ester forming ability and a diol component, and effecting polycondensation, which provides an improved fluidity and solvent cracking resistance without remarkably decreasing of the original impact resistance and transparency of polycarbonate, to eliminate the defects of polycarbonate.

    摘要: A process for producing a cationic polymer, which comprises polymerizing a vinyl monomer represented by the general formula, ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 represents --H or --CH.sub.3, R.sub.2 represents --CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 -- or ##STR2## R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 represent --CH.sub.3 or --CH.sub.2 CH.sub.3, R.sub.5 represents --C.sub.n H.sub.2n+1, in which n is an integer of 0 to 4, ##STR3## or --CH.sub.2 COOH, and X.sup.- represents Cl.sup.-, CH.sub.3 SO.sub.4.sup.-, CH.sub.3 SO.sub.3.sup.-, or 1/2 SO.sub.4.sup.--, either alone or in admixture with up to 25% by weight, based on the total weight of the monomers, of other copolymerizable vinyl monomers in the presence of 7 to 18% by weight, based on the weight of the polymerization system, of water and, if necessary, choline chloride by use of a polymerization initiator and elevating the temperature, in the final polymerization stage, to 110.degree. to 150.degree. C. to complete the polymerization, thereby obtaining the water-soluble cationic polymer in the form of a lump. The polymer in the lump form thus obtained may be easily ground with a high efficiency at room temperature. The powdered polymer is excellent as a cationic flocculant.
