Abstract: Disclosed are a high temperature blasting resistance isotactic polybutene alloy and a preparation method thereof. The isotactic polybutene alloy of the present invention comprises 1-40% of isotactic polypropylene in parts by mass, 0.1-10% of a polypropylene-polybutene-1 block copolymer in parts by mass, 35-95.9% of isotactic polybutene-1 of a medium molecular weight in parts by mass, and 3-15% of isotactic polybutene-1 of a high molecular weight in parts by mass. The alloy material is prepared using a method of segmented polymerization of propylene polymerization, high hydrogen content butene polymerization and low hydrogen content butene polymerization. The prepared isotactic polybutene alloy has excellent high temperature blasting resistance and high temperature hydrostatic pressure, is high in vicat softening temperature, and is applicable to pressure pipes.

Abstract: A polyethylene-based resin composition for injection stretch blow-molding including a co-crystallized blend of a high density polyethylene (HDPE) base resin and a linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE). A method of producing a polyethylene-based resin composition includes adding the LLDPE to the HDPE base resin at a molten state to provide a blend of HDPE and LLDPE, wherein at the molten state, the LLDPE is fully miscible with the HDPE base resin and co-crystallizing the blend of HDPE and LLDPE.

Methods include dispersing an elastomeric rubber phase that includes propylene and one or more comonomers into a matrix phase of a random polypropylene-based copolymer, wherein the elastomeric rubber phase has a viscosity index ratio, relative to a viscosity index of the random polypropylene-based copolymer that ranges from 0.3 to 1.1.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer and, more particularly, to an ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer that exhibits excellent environmental stress crack resistance by appropriately controlling the ratio of crystal structure domain and amorphous domain, and the like. The ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer comprises an ethylene repeating unit and an alpha-olefin repeating unit, and has a crystal structure including a crystalline domain containing lamellar crystals and an amorphous domain containing a tie molecule that mediates bonding between the lamellar crystals. The lamellar crystal thickness (dc) of the ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer as calculated from the result of Small Angle X-ray Scattering (SAXS) analysis is between 12.0 and 16.0 nm, the amorphous domain thickness (da) is between 4.0 and 5.3 nm, and the thickness ratio da/dc is between 0.3 and 0.4.

Abstract: Disclosed are a Z-N catalyst for α-olefin polymerization and an application thereof, specifically, an industrial production catalyst consisting of (A) a solid catalyst component, (B) a cocatalyst organoaluminum compound and (C) an external electron donor compound and used for α-olefin polymerization or copolymerization processes. The catalyst component is prepared from a transition metal such as titanium and magnesium and a composite aromatic diacid diester/1,3-diether as an internal electron donor. One or more organoaluminum compounds or a mixture thereof serve as the cocatalyst. One or more structure control agent hydrocarbyl alkoxysilicons are compounded with one or more activity regulator organic acid esters as the external electron donor capable of automatically adjusting the polymerization rate. The Z-N catalyst is used for α-olefin polymerization/copolymerization, and can automatically adjust the polymerization rate at a higher polymerization temperature so as to maintain stable operation of a reactor.
