摘要: This invention relates to a 24 hour extended release dosage formulation and unit dosage form thereof of venlafaxine hydrochloride, an antidepressant, which provides better control of blood plasma levels than conventional tablet formulations which must be administered two or more times a day and further provides a lower incidence of nausea and vomiting than the conventional tablets. More particularly, the invention comprises an extended release formulation of venlafaxine hydrochloride comprising a therapeutically effective amount of venlafaxine hydrochloride in spheroids comprised of venlafaxine hydrochloride, microcrystalline cellulose and, optionally, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose coated with a mixture of ethyl cellulose and hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

摘要: Methods and an apparatus for monitoring and conditioning strip material are disclosed. The disclosed methods and apparatus receive encoder signals and sensor data to monitor a condition of a strip material. If an undesired material condition is detected, a material conditioner is adjusted to achieve a desired material condition. Each time a sheet is cut, flatness data associated with that sheet is recorded. Each time a bundle is finished, certification data associated with that bundle is printed.

摘要: An electrode structure wherein galvanic corrosion at adhesion layers formed between electrodes and electronic or electro-optic substrates is eliminated. The electrode structure includes an electro-optic crystalline substrate, an amorphous layer disposed on the crystalline substrate, the amorphous layer having a composition substantially similar to a composition of the crystalline substrate, and a gold layer disposed directly on the amorphous layer. The amorphous layer is created using ion sputtering etching techniques that clean and activate the surface of the crystalline substrate such that the gold layer is able to adhere to it.

摘要: A method and apparatus detects the presence of a fluorescent tracer dye, a change in capacitance, or a change in fiber optic electrical properties to determine whether or not a TCP gun has fired. The method and apparatus detects the number of charges fired to determine whether or not all TCP guns have fired and also determines the contributions of injection wells to producing wells by introducing fluorescent tracers into injection wells and detecting the presence of the fluorescent tracers at production wells. The invention places fluorescent dye particles in a gravel pack to sense when a gravel pack is deteriorating by detecting the tracer dye particles in the well flow.
