Abstract:
There is described a piston for an axial piston machine with which the skirt surface (12) of the piston shaft (15) has, at its forward end region (Y) which transforms into the piston end face (11) and/or at its rear end region (X) lying towards the piston head, a bevel (16; 18; 19; 21) with continuously varied radiuses of curvature.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a tubular piston for a piston engine, comprising a tubular section, a collar shaped region and a ball pivot formed thereon, and an inner tube arranged in an outer tube. A cavity is at least partially formed between the outer tube and the inner tube. Said cavity is sealed from the area surrounding the hollow piston in a pressure-tight manner, by a material, especially a solder material, which is arranged in the cavity in a positively locking manner by means of heating.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an axial piston machine, preferably of swash plate construction, having a revolving cylinder drum (3) arranged on a drive shaft (10). The roller bearing (11) of the drive shaft (10) is force flushed from the housing inner chamber (2) with leakage operating medium. Outside the roller bearing (11) there is arranged a shaft sealing arrangement (12) and there is provided a device for conveying operating medium through the bearing gap of the roller bearing (11). For this purpose a conveyor plate (15) is arranged next to the roller bearing (11) on the drive shaft (10) of the machine.
Abstract:
An axial piston motor of adjustable swept volume for installation in a wheel hub, having a motor housing which is open on one side and is closed by a connection block, an output shaft rotatably mounted in the housing and a connection block, an adjusting device for adjusting the swept volume, a step-down gear unit driven by the output shaft and having a driving toothed wheel for the drive of the wheel hub, and a brake associated with the output shaft on the connection block. For the purpose of reducing the outlay in terms of construction, with comparatively compact dimensions, and for greater ease of external access to the adjusting device, the step-down gear unit (13) is arranged inside the motor housing (1, 3) with two-sided mounting of the driving toothed wheel (47) and the connection block (5) is set back radially with respect to the motor housing (1) and the adjusting device (28, 29, 30) is arranged so as to be freely externally accessible in the region (23) of the motor housing (1, 2) that is free of covering.
Abstract:
The invention concerns axial piston machines for installation in gearboxes and for detachable attachment thereto, having an machine housing open on one side, a connection block which closes this housing and has a pressure duct and an suction duct for the pressure medium, and a driving shaft rotatably mounted in the machine housing and the connection block, which drive shaft projects from the axial piston machine for the purpose of connection to a gear unit, the gearbox being capable of being closed by means of a gearbox cover, and having through apertures for the supply and discharge of the pressure medium to the pressure duct and suction duct. In order to increase the operating reliability of the installed axial piston machine and for the easier installation and removal thereof, the axial piston machine is provided for attachment to the gearbox cover, attachment taking place by way of the connection block, which has a contact surface which bears in the attached state against an opposing surface of the gearbox cover, the pressure duct and suction duct open at the contact surface and the through apertures formed as connecting ducts open at the opposing surface, the contact surface is formed on the axial peripheral surface of the connection block, and the end of the driving shaft on the gear unit side projects from the connection block.
Abstract:
Tool for driving fastening elements into a hard receiving material, such as concrete, masonry, rock and the like, has a first device (1) for drilling a fastening element into the hard material and a second device (2) for axially propelling the fastening element into the receiving material after it has been partly drilled in. The first device (1) provides a borehole in the hard receiving material by applying rotary movement to the fastening element, possibly with the addition of axially directed striking force. The second device (2) completes the insertion of the fastening element into the receiving material by directing an axial force produced by high pressure gases against the partly drilled in fastening element.
Abstract:
In an axial piston machine of the swashplate or bent axis type having slot control and a pressure balancing passage at the inlet end of the high pressure (HP) control slot, erosion caused by the jet of the pressure balancing passage is prevented by providing at the inlet end of the HP-control slot an interference jet passage starting from the high pressure whose opening is arranged so that the directions of flow of the pressure balancing passage and the outlet of the interference jet passage intersect.
Abstract:
A flat gasket (1) for a valve comprises a substantially plate-like base body (2), which corresponds substantially to the contour (9) of a valve housing (11) to be connected thereto and which is provided with at least one first through-bore (3) for leading through a connecting element of the valve (11), with at least one second (6) and with at least one third through-bore (5) for leading through fastening means. The second through-bore (6) has a diameter which is different from the diameter of the third through-bore (5).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a hollow piston (1) for a piston engine, said hollow piston comprising a peripheral wall (3a), a central rod (11), a front wall (3b) on the front end thereof, and an articulated part 4a) on the rear end thereof. The inventive hollow piston (1) has an annular cavity (14) formed against the rod (11), between the peripheral wall (3a) and the articulated part (4a). A rear section of the cavity (14) forms a front section of the articulated part (4a). The aim of the invention is to stabilize the hollow piston while ensuring an efficient guidance of the piston. To this end, the rod (11) ends the region of the cavity (14), the articulated part (4a) is a cap-shaped articulation recess (4c), and the rear section of the cavity (14) forms at least part of the articulated surface (4g) of the articulation recess (4c).
Abstract:
Piston engine with a housing in which a shaft (19) is rotatably mounted in two pivot bearings of which at least one pivot bearing has an inner ring (26a) which is seated without radial clearance of motion on a supporting region (28) of a bearing section (19c) of said shaft (19). In order to prolong the working life of the at least one pivot bearing, the axial length of the supporting region (28) corresponds to a central region (a) of the bearing section (19c), a radial clearance of motion being disposed, at the two outer regions (b, c), between said outer regions (b, c) and the inner ring (26a).
