    摘要: Hydraulic and pneumatic drive systems and fluid motors (12) and fluid pumps (10) therefor are disclosed. In such systems, rotation motion is converted to reciprocating motion or vice versa. In particular, a motion conversion means comprises a portion extending continuously and circumferentially around a central axis and extending in part longitudinally relative to the central axis, and a linking means, wherein the portion and the linking means are relatively rotatable about the central axis and a one of the linking means and the portion is fixedly coupled to a piston means, wherein the linking means and the portion are configured to cooperate whereby the reciprocating movement of the piston means causes relative rotary motion of the other of the portion and the linking means about said central axis. The other of the portion and the linking means may be coupled to a sleeve means to cause rotation thereof.

    摘要: Described is a power generating apparatus and a rotor locking method for the apparatus, which is capable of locking the rotor without using a huge braking mechanism. The power generating apparatus of renewable energy type includes a blade, a rotor including a hub and a main shaft, a hydraulic pump of variable displacement type driven by rotation of the rotor, a hydraulic motor driven by operating oil pressurized by the hydraulic pump, and a generator coupled to the hydraulic motor. The rotor locking method for the power generating apparatus may include the steps of: decelerating the rotor by adjusting a pitch angle of the blade: after the decelerating step, stopping the rotor by applying a braking force by the hydraulic pump to the rotor; and locking the rotor so that the rotor is immovable in a rotation direction.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a wind turbine generator and an operation control method thereof, which takes measures against issues such as noise, bird strike and a friction heat of a bearing shaft. The wind turbine generator 1 comprises a hydraulic pump 12 of a variable displacement type which is rotated by the main shaft 8, a hydraulic motor 14 of a variable displacement type which is connected to the generator 20, and a high pressure oil line 16 and a low pressure oil line 18 which are arranged between the hydraulic pump 12 and the hydraulic motor 14. An operation mode selection unit 38 switches an operation mode between a normal operation mode and a low rotation speed operation mode. The low rotation speed operation mode has a rated rotation speed of the main shaft 8 lower than that of the normal operation mode, at least one of a rated displacement of the hydraulic pump 12 and a rated pressure of the high pressure oil line that are greater than that of the normal operation mode and a rated output of a generator 20 substantially same as that of the normal operation mode. This configuration allows the input shaft to operate the power takeoff (PTO) shaft while the hydrostatic motor output shaft operates the axles of a vehicle via a differential.
