    Abstract: A proportional volumetric dosing unit (1) is described comprising a pump (25) provided with a piston (235) adapted to supply an auxiliary fluid to a motor (20) of the proportional volumetric dosing unit itself, which moves the piston (235) of the pump and is fluidly connected to an inlet conduit (10) of a main fluid and an outlet conduit (15) of a mixed fluid, said motor comprising a piston (30) slidably housed in a cylinder (100) of the motor and connected to the piston (235) of the pump to move it, wherein the piston (30) comprises an annular scaling lip (80) protruding from a top (55) of the piston (30), and an end portion thereof distal from the top of the piston is applied in contact to the cylinder (100) making a fluid seal, said proportional volumetric dosing unit being characterized in that it comprises an elastic element (130) which pushes the annular sealing lip (80) against the cylinder (100).

    Abstract: Disclosed are seal arrangements in a hydraulic device. The seal arrangement includes a seal channel defining a loop. A seal is seated within the seal channel. A coolant flow passage has a first part intersecting with the seal channel at a first point and a second part intersecting with the seal channel at a second point. The first part of the coolant flow passage is configured to provide hydraulic fluid to the seal channel such that, at the first point, a first portion of the hydraulic fluid flows in a first direction around the loop and a second portion of the hydraulic fluid flows in a second direction opposite to the first direction around the loop. At the second point, the first portion of hydraulic fluid and the second portion of hydraulic fluid are configured to flow into the second part of the coolant flow passage.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a sealing piston, which is designed for use in a hydraulic expansion chucking device. The sealing piston comprises a pin that extends in an axial direction (A), and a seal that adjoins the pin and likewise extends in said axial direction (A). The seal comprises a sealing shaft that adjoins the pin and has a shaft radius (Rs). The seal further comprises a sealing head that adjoins the sealing shaft, wherein the sealing head comprises a circumferential sealing lip, which has a sealing radius (Rd) that is greater than the shaft radius (Rs). The sealing lip forms a contact surface in radial direction (R) for abutment and sealing against an inner wall of a bore in the expansion chucking device, and, measured in axial direction (A), has a sealing length (Ld) that is greater than the difference between the sealing radius (Rd) and the shaft radius (Rs). The invention further relates to a corresponding expansion chucking device.

The main body is configured to be movable from a rest position to an actuated position along an actuation direction in a cylinder bore. The primary seal includes a primary seal body arranged on the main body, the primary seal body being made of the first seal material. The secondary seal includes a secondary seal body arranged on the main body at upstream of the primary seal with respect to the actuation direction. The secondary seal body is made of a second seal material that is more elastic than the first seal material.
