摘要: A resin composition comprising (A) a copolymer comprising hexagonal units selected from hexagonal acid anhydride units, hexagonal imide units and mixtures thereof, methyl methacrylate units, (meth)acrylic acid units and optionally aromatic vinyl compound units, (B) a graft copolymer rubber, and (C) at least one polymer selected from a polyamide and a polycarbonate, wherein the weight proportions of components (A), (B) and (C) relative to the total weight of components (A), (B) and (C) are in the ranges of from 5 to 50%, from 5 to 50% and from 45 to 80%, respectively. The resin composition has surprisingly improved impact strength not possessed by any of the individual component polymers of the resin composition, while maintaining advantageous properties, such as moldability, other mechanical strengths, rigidity, heat resistance, moisture resistance, chemical resistance and dimensional stability, attributed to the individual component polymers. Advantageous applications of the resin composition of the present invention are found in the manufacturing of various parts for automobiles, household electrical appliances and business machines.

摘要: A data transmission system comprises a transmitter and a plurality of serially connected receivers. The transmitter, when energized, outputs an initialization signal to all of the receivers and also outputs a data of a predetermined value to the first receiver. In response to the initialization signal, the first receiver stores the received data in a register and modifies the received data to output a modified data to the second receiver. The second to last receivers operate in the same manner, so that different data are stored in the respective registers of the receivers. To transmit a given data to a selected one of the receivers, the transmitter outputs the given data with an identification code equal to the data stored in the register of the selected receiver. Although each of the receivers compares the received identification code with the contents of the register, only the selected receiver outputs a coincidence signal and stores the received data into a data utilization circuit thereof. A transmitter of a modified data transmission system outputs a given data together with an identification code which includes a bit of "1" at a bit position corresponding to the position of the selected receiver. Each receiver determines whether the received identification code has a "1" bit at a predetermined bit position, and if the determination is "YES" the receiver stores the received data in the data utilization circuit thereof. Each receiver also shifts the received identification code and outputs to the next receiver the shifted codes together with the received data.

摘要: A torque sensor for detecting variation in the drive torque of an automobile comprises an excitation coil wound on an excitation core and a detection coil wound on a detection core. The coils and cores are inserted into a chamber formed within a bearing for supporting a drive shaft and having an opening along the sliding surface of the bearing. The poles of the excitation core and the poles of the detection core are respectively disposed at prescribed clearances from the surface of the drive shaft in such manner that the poles of the detection core intersect the excitation core between its poles, whereby variation in drive torque is detected as magnetostriction.

摘要: A camera system that transfers static image data while reducing power consumption is provided. A static image application issues a frame transfer command at a certain transfer period to a camera module. In each transfer period, the camera module wakes up from a suspend state and generates static image data. After the end of the transfer, the camera module transitions to the suspend state. The camera module is able to transition to the suspend state at each transfer period and thus is able to reduce power consumption.

摘要: An error between the power of an input signal, which is input to a power amplifier, and the power of an output signal, which is output from the power amplifier, is calculated. The calculated error is normalized according to the power of the input signal or the power of the output signal. A distortion correction coefficient, which is stored in a predetermined storage unit in association with the power of the input signal, is updated using the normalized error.
