    摘要: There is provided a storage battery, including: a container having at least one cell chamber; a lid body (2) made of synthetic resin for covering a top opening of the container, the lid body having on a top surface a recessed portion that is recessed downward, the lid body having positive and negative electrode terminals disposed close to one side of the lid body and respectively at both end portions of said one side in a longitudinal direction, wherein the positive and negative electrode terminals (4) respectively have lower portions embedded in the lid body and upper portions projecting from the lid body; and an auxiliary lid (9) for closing the recessed portion. Conventional production of the storage battery has problems, for example, in that: when embedding a portion of a terminal to a lid body by insert molding, difference in shrinkage is caused between a surface in which a terminal body is embedded and a surface on which the terminal body is exposed, which results in difficulty in fitting the lid body to the container. The present invention is intended to solve this problem, for example, by providing the lid body of the storage battery with projections (6T, 7T), each at a location at which the upper portion of each of the terminals projects, at a location proximate to the location at which the upper portion of each of the terminals 4 projects, or at each of these locations.

    摘要: An anti-thrombogenic substance is immobilized on a base of a medical device to impart anti-thrombogenic properties to the medical device. The method comprises the steps of applying a photo-reactive azide derivative macromolecular material to a base to form a bonding layer, coating the bonding layer with a macromolecular layer composed of a water-soluble photo-crosslinking macromolecular material containing the anti-thrombogenic substance, and irradiating the base with ultraviolet light with the bonding layer and the macromolecular layer formed thereon to develop inter-molecular covalent bonding in the bonding layer. The macromolecular layer containing the anti-thrombogenic substance is thus fixed onto the base. Concurrently, the anti-thrombogenic substance is immobilized in the macromolecular layer which is crosslinked. The azide derivative can be poly-m-azidostyrene, copolymers, of poly-m-aziodstyrene with styrene and copolymers of poly-m-azidostyrene with methyl methacrylate. The water-soluble photo-crosslinking macromolecular material can be a copolymer of a photo-dimeric monomer with a water-soluble monomer or a copolymer of a photo-reactive azide with a water-soluble monomer.

    摘要: The present invention provides a vector which can make nucleic acids to be an aggregate and locate a vector containing a cationic polymer to surround the aggregate so as to protect the nucleic acids from the enzyme. The vector comprises a polymer having branched chain(s). Preferably, 3, 4, or 6 branched chains are bonded to benzene ring. It is preferable that the number of the branched chains is higher. As the branched chain(s), a vinyl-series acrylic polymer is preferable. The vector is synthesized by reacting a dithiocarbamate compound with an acrylamide monomer for the branched chain(s).
