摘要: A fuel gas supplying and filling system for a fuel gas consuming unit, capable of using a supply passage in both filling and supplying operations and improving the airtightness and reliability of a fill passage. A high-pressure tank and a fuel gas consuming unit are connected to each other by a supply passage, and an electromagnetic pressure regulating valve is provided on the supply passage. An electromagnetic on-off valve is provided between the electromagnetic pressure regulating valve and the high-pressure tank. A fill passage is connected to a portion of the supply passage, the portion being located between the electromagnetic pressure regulating valve and the electromagnetic on-off valve. The fill passage is configured such that the high-pressure fuel gas can be supplied through a filling opening. When the high-pressure fuel gas is introduced to a downstream side of the electromagnetic on-off valve, the electromagnetic on-off valve opens the supply passage.

摘要: An electromagnetic pressure regulating valve includes a valve body and that causes the valve body to move to adjust an opening degree of a valve passage, thereby regulating secondary pressure p2 to target pressure. The valve body is slidingly supported by a bearing member, and a diaphragm seal and a low-pressure sealing member respectively seal both sides of the bearing member. The diaphragm seal receives the secondary pressure p2 from a pressure return chamber, connected to a secondary port, to cause the valve body to move toward a closed position. A back pressure chamber connected to a primary port is formed by a seal rod inserted in the valve body, and a buffer chamber connected to the secondary port is formed in a housing. A high-pressure sealing member seals between the buffer chamber and the back pressure chamber.

摘要: A valve device includes a valve body and a valve seat body. The valve seat body has a thick cylindrical shape extending in an axis line direction. The valve seat body includes a seal groove on an outer periphery thereof, the seal groove extending in a circumferential direction. The valve seat body includes a large-diameter portion and a small-diameter portion on an inner periphery thereof, the large-diameter and small-diameter portions connected to each other in the axis line direction. The valve seat body includes a valve seat portion between the large-diameter and small-diameter portions, the valve body being seated on the valve seat portion. The position of the seal groove in the axis line direction coincides with the position of the valve seat portion in the axis line direction or is located on a high-pressure side of the position of the valve seat portion in the axis line direction.

摘要: A valve device includes a temperature sensor disposed to project from a housing to a tank inner space to detect the temperature in the tank inner space, and can detect the temperature without being influenced by the heat capacity of the housing. A coil generates a magnetic force to drive a valve with three terminals arranged at different positions in an axial direction, and a drive voltage is selectively applied between two of the terminals. A current value of the driving current which energizes the coil can be changed by selecting the terminals between which the drive voltage is applied. Without controlling the drive voltage, it is possible to suppress wasting power such that the driving current of the large current value is generated in the start-up time, and the current value of the driving current is decreased in the holding time.

摘要: The present invention provides a pressure reducing valve having excellent responsiveness, durability, and reliability and stable output characteristics. A pressure reducing valve includes a housing, and the housing includes a valve passage connected to a primary port and a secondary port. A valve element is provided in the housing. The valve element can adjust an opening degree of the valve passage by moving between a closed position where the valve element closes the valve passage and an open position where the valve element opens the valve passage. The valve element is pressed toward the closed position by secondary pressure. A spring member is provided to bias the valve element toward the open position against the secondary pressure. Further, a rolling bearing is provided on the valve element, and the valve element is movably supported by the rolling bearing.

摘要: A gas pressure regulating valve capable of regulating secondary pressure of a high-pressure fuel gas to a target pressure and preventing the fuel gas from leaking. An electromagnetic pressure regulating valve is an in tank type and can cause a valve body to move to adjust an opening degree of a valve passage. A diaphragm seal and a low-pressure sealing member respectively seal both sides of a bearing member slidingly supporting the valve body. The diaphragm seal receives the secondary pressure from a pressure return chamber. A back pressure chamber connected to a primary port is formed in the valve body by a seal rod inserted in the valve body. A communication passage connected to a secondary port is formed at a side of the seal rod, and a high-pressure sealing member seals between the communication passage and the back pressure chamber.

摘要: A hydrogen gas supply device supplies hydrogen gas to a fuel cell stack and includes an electromagnetic pressure regulating valve that regulates the pressure of the hydrogen gas to low pressure. The electromagnetic pressure regulating valve includes a housing, and a valve passage connecting a primary port and a secondary port is formed in the housing. A valve body controls an opening degree of the valve passage and is provided in the housing. A high-pressure sealing member and low-pressure sealing member are provided on an outer periphery of the valve body. The high-pressure sealing member and the low-pressure sealing member are provided in this order from one end side of the valve body to the other end side thereof. The electromagnetic pressure regulating valve further includes a housing pressure equalizing passage connecting the secondary port and a buffer chamber formed between the high-pressure sealing member and the low-pressure sealing member.

The device includes a coil assembly surrounding the guide body, a plunger driven by magnetic force and slidably disposed inside the guide body. The guide body slidably guides the plunger in an open/close direction of the valve body along a guide face thereof. The guide body includes a first nonmagnetic section that supports a pole body and a part of the plunger at which the pole body and the plunger oppose each other, a second nonmagnetic section that supports the valve body, and extends at least throughout a sliding range of the valve body, and a magnetic section intermediate the first and second sections so that a portion of the lines of magnetic force passes therethrough. The guide face is formed so as to coaxially support the plunger and the valve body displaceable in the open/close direction.
