摘要: An integrated pressure regulator is provided with three stages configured to reduce an extreme tank pressure down to a typical working pressure. The regulator is configured to supply a steady working pressure until the tank pressure is reduced to little more than the working pressure itself. Stages of the pressure regulator are integrated into a body and arranged to minimize regulator mass and volume. A thermally-triggered pressure relief device may be included with a triggering time adapted to enhance the safety of smaller cylinders that may be used, e.g., in aerial applications.

摘要: An over-pressure vent (OPV) system is provided for a fuel tank of an aircraft. The OPV system includes an OPV valve configured to be coupled in fluid communication with a supply line of a nitrogen enriched air distribution system (NEADS) such that the OPV valve is configured to vent pressure from the supply line. The OPV valve is configured to be coupled in fluid communication with the supply line upstream from an outlet of the supply line from which the NEADS delivers nitrogen enriched gas to the fuel tank. The OPV valve is configured to sense a pressure within the supply line upstream from the outlet of the supply line.

摘要: A pilot assembly is configured for use with various types of flow controls. These configurations include a manifold with an internal flow network that connects pilot valves and an adjustable orifice. The pilot valves may have a fixed and variable differential pressure. In one implementation, the manifold comprises a pair of separable blocks, one each that includes part of the internal flow network. This construction also permits the manifold to expand with, for example, and additional block for an additional pilot valve. This feature configures the manifold for use in working monitor systems or those systems that deploy multi-stage pressure regulation.

摘要: The invention relates to a device for regulating the flow rate and/or pressure of a fluid, such as valve for a pressure gas cylinder, comprising a reducing valve including a first plug designed to be moved in the normal flow direction of the fluid during closure. The reducing valve also comprises a plunger to which the plug is coupled. The face of the plunger that is oriented towards the first plug defines a regulation chamber together with the body. The aforementioned face also comprises a seal that engages with a corresponding surface of the body such as to form a second plug for maintaining residual pressure. The regulation device also comprises a means for preloading and releasing a spring acting on the opposite face of the plunger.

摘要: There is provided a pressure reducing valve in which phenomena of vibration occurring with respect to a pressure reducing member and/or a pressure receiving piston are reliably dampened. When a pressure receiving piston (19) is advanced rightward to increase the volume of a fluid chamber (28) defined by the pressure receiving piston (19) and a piston hole (18), the pressure in the fluid chamber (28) drops to close a check valve (34), and the pressurized fluid in an outlet chamber (10) flows into the fluid chamber (28) through a throttle portion (31). When the pressure receiving piston (19) is retracted leftward to reduce the volume of the fluid chamber (28), the pressure in the fluid chamber (28) rises to open the check valve (34), and the pressurized fluid in the fluid chamber (28) flows out to the outlet chamber (10).
