摘要: A process is provided for producing a sensor arrangement for measuring temperature with a temperature-sensitive measuring resistance element which has a thin, metallic resistance layer electrically-insulated toward the outside on a ceramic substrate and free-lying contact surfaces, which are connected electrically-conducting and directly mechanically fast with high-temperature-resistant conductor strips, electrically insulated from one another, on a ceramic board. The measuring resistance element is bonded and fastened on one end of the board by laying it on a still moist thick-film conducting paste printed on immediately before outfitting on the board and subsequently burning it in. On the end of the board away from the measuring resistance element, contact surfaces for connection of a plug or cable are arranged. The temperature sensor, a standard component in the form of a flat measuring resistance element, is applied wirelessly as an SMD component on the ceramic board. The sensor arrangement manufactured with the process is suited for temperature measurements above 400.degree. C. as well. The process is economical in using only a few standardized components and easily automatable process steps.

Springs are stuck on the strands of the MI line, whereby the contacting to the measurement resistor is realized, or the heat-decoupling wire is stretched on one side to the end facing the measurement resistor and is connected elastically on the other end to the supply-line cable.

摘要: A printed circuit board has a conductor path applied to a substrate having an electrically insulating surface, the conductor path preferably being constructed in the shape of a meander and containing connection areas with holes to which small contact plates are applied for the purpose of later bonding with connection leads. The small contact plates are applied in a hard soldering process with the aid of solder paste to the connection areas of the conductor paths and to the surface area of the substrate surface which is made of ceramic and exposed by the holes. It is consequently possible, dispensing with so-called bonding wires, to directly connect connection leads or bonding lugs electrically with the conductor path and mechanically with the printed circuit board. The printed circuit board is preferably designed as a measuring resistor, wherein the conductor path is applied as a resistance layer of platinum or platinum group metal in a thin film process to a small ceramic plate of aluminum oxide. The small contact plates are preferably made of nickel or a nickel-iron alloy, whereby a good stability results at high temperatures.

摘要: A flow sensor element is provided having at least one temperature-measuring element and at least one heating element each having at least one platinum thin film resistor, the at least one temperature-measuring element and the at least one heating element each being arranged on a carrier element which is formed from a ceramic foil laminate or a multi-part ceramic component. The carrier elements have electrical conductor paths and junction surfaces for electrically contacting the at least one temperature-measuring element and the at least one heating element. The at least one temperature-measuring element and the at least one heating element each have a metallic carrier foil with an electrically insulating coating, on which the platinum thin film resistors are arranged. The flow sensor element may be used for mass through-flow measurements of gaseous or liquid media in pipe ducts, for example in an exhaust gas pipe of an internal combustion engine.

摘要: A sensor, especially a temperature sensor, has a measuring resistor (7) including a substrate with an electrically insulating surface and a resistor layer situated thereon, which is enclosed by a housing (6) having current lead-ins to a plug system (1) for connection leads or contact pins (10) in a region of the housing facing away from the measurement. The measuring resistor (7) is arranged in the region of an end (14) of the housing facing the measurement, and between the measuring resistor (7) and the contact pins (10) at least one spacing element (9) of electrically insulating material is provided with lateral recesses for guiding the electrical connection leads (12) which extend from the measuring resistor (7). The temperature sensor can be simply adapted by variable configuration of the plug system and spacing element to various types of customer-specific requirements.

摘要: For detecting the temperature of a fluid, particularly a flowing liquid or gaseous medium, in the hollow space of a housing, a temperature-measuring element is provided that can be connected to an evaluation device via a plug arrangement and is arranged in a protective tube of a sensor housing, which is closed on one side, and with a connection piece firmly affixed thereto. The protective tube projects at least with its tip into an opening of the hollow space that is sealed off from the outside atmosphere using an elastic O-ring. The temperature-measuring element is arranged in the region of the tip of the protective tube on one end of a longitudinally extending circuit board and is connected via strip conductors to the plug arrangement that leads to the outside. The plug arrangement is surrounded by a screw sheath of the sensor housing, which is firmly connected to the protective tube and is provided with a threading that projects into the housing of the hollow space for the purpose of mounting.

The quartz glass tube is itself surrounded by a protective tube made of stainless steel, which is closed off at its end facing the measurement by a rotationally symmetric formed body, preferably a sphere made of stainless steel. A spacer made of electrically insulating material, preferably mica, is provided between the formed body or sphere and the measuring element.
