摘要： A housing defines a bypass passage and a sub-bypass passage. The bypass passage draws a part of air flowing through an interior of a duct. The sub-bypass passage is branched from the bypass passage to draw a part of air flowing through the bypass passage. A flow sensor is equipped in the sub-bypass passage to cause heat transfer with air, which passes through the sub-bypass passage, and to generate an electric signal according to a flow quantity of air in the duct. An intake-air temperature sensor is configured to measure a temperature in the duct. A moisture sensor is configured to measure a humidity in the duct. The flow sensor and the multiple sensors are equipped in the sub-bypass passage and are located along a direction of flow of air in the sub-bypass passage.

摘要： A device for measuring a pressure and a temperature of a fluid medium flowing in a duct, the device including a pressure sensor element; a temperature sensor having a temperature sensor element; a housing that has a connecting piece, the connecting piece being insertable into the duct in an insertion direction, the connecting piece having an interior chamber, the interior chamber having an opening through which the interior chamber may be exposed to the fluid medium; and a carrier substrate, the pressure sensor element being connected electrically and mechanically to the carrier substrate. In order to increase the service life of the temperature sensor, and in order to allow temperature measurement that is as accurate as possible, it is provided, in this context, that the carrier substrate be positioned substantially parallel to the insertion direction in the interior chamber of the connecting piece, the interior chamber extending along the insertion direction, and it is provided that the temperature sensor be connected electrically and mechanically to the carrier substrate.

摘要： A sensor assembly for use in a vehicle. The sensor assembly has a housing for receiving a substrate. Terminals with substrate mating portions are provided in the housing. The substrate has components mounted thereon and plated openings which extend therethrough. The plated openings are provided in electrical engagement with the terminals. The openings are provided to mechanically and electrically engage the resilient contact portions of the terminals. The substrate mating portions are releasably pressure fit within the plated openings to allow the substrate to be removed and replaced as needed. The substrate mating portions maintain the electrical and mechanical connection between the substrate mating portions and the plated openings when the sensor assembly is exposed to vibration.

摘要： A sensor system includes a sensor unit which has a pressure sensor, a temperature sensor and a selector switching between a pressure detection signal and a temperature detection signal. The sensor system further includes a processing unit which outputs a switching command signal to the selector and receives a detection signal from the sensor unit. The switching command signal is transmitted through a communication line and the detection signal is transmitted through a signal line. The detection signal is transmitted to the processing unit in a form of an analog signal.

In order to introduce a fluid medium that is under pressure, a neck part is secured to the housing and an adapter is joined both to the substrate and to the neck part via adhesive seals that decouple mechanical stress from the pressure and temperature detectors.
