摘要： A hydrostatic transaxle comprises: a housing, an interior space of the housing serving as a fluid sump; an axle supported by the housing; a hydrostatic transmission disposed in the housing so as to drive the axle, the hydrostatic transmission including a hydraulic pump disposed in the housing, a hydraulic motor disposed in the housing, and a center section disposed in the housing, wherein the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor are mounted onto the center section, and wherein the center section is formed therein with a fluid circuit for circulation of fluid between the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor, and formed with an outwardly opened hole connected to the fluid circuit; a valve holding member fitted into the hole; and a relief valve connected to the fluid circuit through valve holding member. The relief valve is provided with a fixed flow restricting means for passing a specific amount of fluid from a higher-pressurized portion of the fluid circuit to a lower-pressurized portion of the fluid circuit. The relief valve allows fluid after passing through the fixed flow restricting means to flow to the lower-pressurized portion of the fluid circuit when a differential pressure between a primary pressure of fluid before passing through the fixed flow restricting means and a secondary pressure of fluid after passing through the fixed flow restricting means is zero or within a predetermined range.

摘要： There is provided a working vehicle having first and second hydraulic pump units operatively driven by a driving source and arranged away to each other in a width direction of the vehicle. In the working vehicle, each of the first and second hydraulic pump units includes a pump body; a port block formed with an oil passage for supplying/discharging an operating fluid to/from said pump body; a pump case connected to the port block so as to define a pump body accommodating space for surrounding the pump body; and a pump shaft for rotatably driving the pump body, the pump shaft having an input end operatively connected to said driving source. A drain port for opening the pump body accommodating space outward and a charge suction port for drawing in an oil from an oil tank in order to supply a charge oil to a hydraulic circuit fluidly connecting with the corresponding hydraulic motor unit are provided respectively in first and second assemblies formed by the corresponding pump case and port block. The drain port is provided on a wall surface other than an opposing wall surface facing each other of the wall surfaces of said first and second assemblies when arranging the first and second assemblies so that the input ends of each pump shaft are directed in the same direction.

摘要： A variable displacement hydraulic system contains a housing, a cylinder block provided with a plurality of pistons movable in reciprocation, and a swash plate for controlling reciprocation of each of the pistons so that the swash plate is slantwise rotatable along a slidable contact surface of arcuate shape. A thrust metal is mounted to an arcuate contact surface of the housing. Arcuate plates having smooth surfaces of high sliding efficiency are fixed onto outwardly curved portions formed at the rear surface of the swash plate, which is in contact with the thrust metal. Alternatively, a smooth surface layer having a high sliding efficiency is formed on the swash plate by applying chemical processes, thereby reducing the sliding resistance of the swash plate and improving the ease with which the swash plate is restored to the neutral position.

摘要： A hydrostatic transmission constructed so that a check valve and a relief valve are made as compact as possible to supply oil to a closed circuit for connecting a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor, and to regulate maximum pressure in the closed circuit. A check valve and a relief valve are contained in a valve casing. A valve body of the relief valve is disposed opposite to a valve body of the check valve. A relief spring of the relief valve is retained by a cover detachably mounted to an open end of the valve casing, thereby facilitating pressure setting of the relief valve. The valve body of the relief valve is contained in a relief valve casing slidably disposed in the valve casing. A plunger, capable of urging the check valve in the opening direction via the relief valve casing, is provided in the cover, thereby enabling the check valve to be manually opened.

The housing has a narrow gear accommodating space surrounding a region including a mesh point between the first and second transmission gears of the power transmission gear train, a PTO clutch accommodating space which surrounds the PTO clutch mechanism and which is fluidly communicated with the gear accommodating space, and a pair of first and second suction/discharge ports which communicate the internal space of the housing with an outside of the housing. The first suction/discharge port is arranged within the gear accommodating space so as to be positioned in an opposite side to the PTO clutch accommodating space with the mesh point between the first and second transmission gears interposed therebetween.
