    摘要: An electromagnetic valve includes a housing, a plunger, a spring, and a solenoid. The housing includes a cylindrical guide member configured to assist axial movement of the plunger, a seat member assembled to the guide member with a valve hole formed therein, a stationary core arranged so as to be opposed to an end portion of the guide member at a predetermined distance away therefrom in an axial direction, and a sleeve coupled, in a liquid-tight manner, to each of an outer circumference of an end portion of the stationary core and an outer circumference of the end portion of the guide member so as to integrally couple the stationary core and the guide member to each other. The plunger has formed therein a communication hole passing through the plunger in the axial direction so as to communicate to a passage (communicating to an inlet port and an outlet port) at one end and to a receiving portion of the spring at the other end, and a path for communicating the communication hole and a space portion formed on an inner side of the sleeve at a position between the end portion of the stationary core and the end portion of the guide member. Accordingly, when the working liquid is caused to flow from the inlet port toward the outlet port, the working liquid is caused to flow into the communication hole through the path, and thus air inside the electromagnetic valve can be discharged to the outside by the working liquid flowing from the passage out of the housing.

    摘要: An electromagnetic linear valve includes: (a) a plunger including a large outside-diameter portion and a small outside-diameter portion, and (b) a housing having a through-hole and including a large inside-diameter portion in which the large outside-diameter portion is inserted with a clearance being defined between the large inside-diameter portion and the large outside-diameter portion, and a small inside-diameter portion in which the small outside-diameter portion is inserted with a clearance being defined between the small inside-diameter portion and the outside-diameter portion. The plunger has an end portion which serves as a valve body that is to be seated on a valve seat constituted by an opening of the through-hole. The large outside-diameter portion has an end portion constituted by another end portion of the plunger that is opposite to the above-described end portion of the plunger. The clearance between the small inside-diameter portion and the small outside-diameter portion is smaller than the clearance between the large inside-diameter portion and the large outside-diameter portion.

    摘要: In a normally closed electromagnetic valve (100A, 100B, 100C, 100D), a rod (112,212) is supported so as to be able to move in a first direction toward a valve seat (114b) as well as in a second direction away from the valve seat (114b). This rod (112,212) closes off the hydraulic fluid path when seated on the valve seat (114b), and opens up the hydraulic fluid path when away from the valve seat (114b). When current is not being supplied to a coil (130), a first armature (116,216) pushes the rod (112,212) in the first direction using urging force of a first spring (122). When current is being supplied to the coil (130), the first armature (116,216) moves in the second direction, and the second armature (118) pushes the rod (112,212) in the first direction using electromagnetic force corresponding to the amount of the current. Further inventions are directed to a brake control system comprising such a valve, a control method for controlling a normally closed electromagnetic valve having only one armature and an electromagnetic valve having flow resistance changing means (226,234) inside its armature.

    摘要: A suspension apparatus includes a fluid cylinder for a wheel of a vehicle; at least one of a first controller and a second controller; and a third controller. The fluid cylinder for the wheel of the vehicle is provided between a wheel-holding device that holds the wheel and the vehicle body. The first controller includes (a) an accumulator connected to the fluid cylinder; and (b) an electromagnetic control valve provided between the accumulator and the fluid cylinder. The second controller includes (a) a fluid source that includes a high-pressure source and a low-pressure source; and (b) an electromagnetic control valve, provided between the fluid source and the fluid cylinder, which controls the flow of fluid between the fluid cylinder and the fluid source. The third controller suppresses the pulsation of the fluid caused by operating the electromagnetic control valve included in at least one of the first controller and the second controller.
