    摘要: A connection construction of a turning angle detector which comprises a lever in the form of a large-diameter member secured to a shaft to be detected and extending in the radial direction of the shaft to be detected, a pin secured at right angles to the lever, a connection shaft projecting outward from a boss portion of the turning angle detector and having a large-diameter portion larger than the diameter of the boss portion, and a pinching portion for pinching the pin in the large-diameter portion of the connection shaft so that the pin is movable in the radial direction and axial direction within its pinched range, but its movement in the circumferential direction is restricted, wherein the rotation of the shaft to be detected is transmitted to the connection shaft of the turning angle detector, whereby an error arising at the time of assembly can be absorbed by the space between the pinching portion and the pin to make easy the process of assembly, and it is possible to configure mutually tightly the connection shaft and the boss portion for supporting rotatably the connection shaft; thus, infiltration of water and the like can be prevented.

    摘要: A blade is pressed against a developing roller for regulating the amount of toner which is deposited on a surface of the developing roller. The blade is formed with a slant face at its tip end, to which the toner is transported along a direction of rotation of the developing roller. An angle of aperture .theta. at a toner inlet portion defined by the developing roller and the slant face is set at 12.5.degree. or more, the angle of aperture counting in an angle .psi. of the slant face, elastic deformation and radius (R) of the developing roller, and an angle .alpha. related to a nip width w on which the blade contacts with the developing roller. Such an angle of aperture .theta. provides a great allowance for a free length l of the blade, thereby permitting the blade to maintain a constant toner mass for forming a uniform toner layer.

    摘要: A throttle sensor for an internal combustion engine includes a circuit board and a rotatable body disposed adjacent the circuit board which is connected to the throttle valve and having a pair of brushes disposed in sliding contact with the circuit board. A resistance body, including a basic resistance layer and a protective resistance layer covering a basic resistance layer are formed on the circuit board for engagement by one of the brushes, and a collecting body, including an electric conductive layer and an additional protective resistance layer covering the electric conductive layer is formed on the circuit board for engagement by the other brush. The protective resistance layers protect the basic resistance layers against undue wear and atmospheric conditions.

The tunnel kiln is used for firing shaped bodies by heating them with use of a plurality of combustion burners provided on sides inside the tunnel kiln. The truck comprises supports. Among them, at least supports with which a combustion stream from the combustion burners directly contacts have a streamlined shape with respect to the combustion stream. By so constructing, turbulence of the combustion stream can be minimized to make temperature distribution more uniform inside the kiln.
