    摘要: A pressure sensitive electrically conductive composition comprises a contained quantity of magnetite particles, wherein the quantity of magnetite particles includes a distribution of particle sizes between sub-micron and tens of microns, and wherein the magnetite particles have a plurality of planar faces, adjacent planar faces connected at a vertex, the particles each having a plurality of vertices wherein the magnetite particles are irregular in shape and have a low aspect ratio.

    摘要: This invention discloses a type of noncontact linear potentiometer; the potentiometer comprises a slider, a rotating shaft, a guide rod, a tunneling magnetoresistive sensor, a permanent magnet, a printed circuit board, and two support structures. In this configuration the slider moves along the guide rod and the rotating shaft, causing the rotation of the rotating shaft; the permanent magnet is attached to an end of the rotating shaft, and it therefore rotates as the shaft rotates. A tunneling magnetoresistive sensor is located adjacent to the permanent magnet, soldered onto a printed circuit board, and it is used to measure the angle of rotation of the permanent magnet. The guide rod constrains the sliding direction of the slider, and the two support structures are located at the opposite ends of the guide rod and rotating shaft, and they are used to support the rotating shaft and guide rod. Located between the slider and rotating shaft is a ball bearing, a pin and a leaf spring assembly. This potentiometer has several advantages, including a compact structure, easy fabrication, long service life, in addition to providing smooth slider motion that provides a pleasing user experience.

Said potentiometer comprises: a consecutive type potentiometer having a structure that a resistor is formed of a material having an excellent stability in a high-temperature environment, and having an excellent surface hardness so as to have a high resistance to damages; and a discrete type potentiometer having a structure that a resistor is protected by a passivation layer, and through holes are formed at the passivation layer for electrical connection with the outside, and the through holes are filled with a conductive material.

The stick lever unit includes a fixing member to which a variable resistor is attached, a rotational member equipped with a stick lever, the rotational member being journaled to the fixing member and having an arc-shaped groove on a periphery thereof, and a pressure member bridged to the fixing member for pressing the arc-shaped groove. The pressure member has resilient plates of two types which can be suitably selected by means of an adjustment member.
