    摘要: A first piston (11) is inserted into a second piston (12) within a housing (4). An acting point portion (A), a fulcrum portion (C) and a wedge type pressure receiving surface (B) are provided in the first piston (11) in order from front side. A first swing gap (37) and a second swing gap (38) are provided in a space below the front portion of the first piston (11) and in a space above the rear portion thereof respectively. The second piston (12) is provided with a pushing surface (F) facing the pressure receiving surface (B) from below. At the time of clamping, by a fluid pressure within a first actuation chamber (21) both the pistons (11) (12) are advanced and after that the second piston (12) is advanced relative to the first piston (11). Thereupon, the acting point portion (A) is swung downwardly about the fulcrum portion (C).

    摘要: A control valve assembly for a pressurized oil has a valve chamber (4) within which a pressure supply valve seat (15), a first chamber (11), a short-circuit prevention valve seat (17), a second chamber (12) and a return valve seat (16) are arranged in order. A check valve member (19) inserted into the first chamber (11) is adapted to be resiliently urged to the pressure supply valve seat (15) for valve closing by means of a valve closing spring (19) through a resilient sealing member (21). A return valve member (22) and a short-circuit prevention valve member (23) are inserted into the second chamber (12) in series. The return valve member (22) is adapted to be resiliently urged to the return valve seat (16) for valve closing by means of another valve closing spring (30). Under a pressure released condition in which the return operation means (37) is operated, the short-circuit prevention valve member (23) is adapted to be actuated toward the short-circuit prevention valve seat (17) for valve closing by a valve opening member (43) through the return valve member (22).

    摘要: A piston slidably inserted into a cylinder is reciprocated by fluid pressure such as pneumatic pressure and hydraulic oil and a spring is used to ascend the piston. A spool-shaped pilot valve element is provided to allow a supply-discharge valve disc to take supply and discharge positions, thus fluid pressure being supplied to and discharged from the cylinder. When the supply-discharge disc is actuated to take the supply position from the discharge position, the actuated force (supply position and discharge position) becomes stronger while the supply-discharge valve disc is in operation. When the supply-discharge valve disc is actuated to take the discharge position from the supply position, the back pressure resistance applied to the supply-discharge valve disc become weaker while the supply-discharge valve disc is in operation.

    摘要: A pressure-responsive valve unit is received in the cavity of a valve assembly housing, the inner end of the cavity being connected with a fluid container. The valve unit includes a main body having a chamber containing a check valve body that is movable toward and away from engagement with a valve seat on the main body, the valve seat facing the check valve body and the inlet end of the cavity, and the main body having passage means communicating fluid from the container to the front end portion of the check valve body. The check valve body is biased into engagement with the valve seat by a spring, the force of which is adjustable with a plug threaded into the inner end of the main body chamber. An outlet bore extends from the outer end of the main body to the valve seat, and the check valve body is engageable by a push rod inserted through said outlet bore.
