    摘要: The invention relates to an energy-efficient apparatus driven by compressed air and equipped with a dual piston function for tensioning, or clamping, or centering, or punching, or welding, or clinching, for use in body construction in the automotive industry. The apparatus is driven by a pressurized fluid, in particular by compressed air. It is shown how a significant amount of operating costs can be saved while, at the same time, conserving the environment and consuming a low amount of pressurized fluid, in particular compressed air. In addition, the pivoting angle of a toggle joint assembly and thus of an apparatus connected thereto, for example, a tensioning arm of a toggle tensioning apparatus, can be continuously adjusted in both directions while, at the same time, adjusting a sampling device using sensors, for example, microswitches, or inductive switches, or pneumatic switches, or limit switches.

The directional lip seal surrounds at least one of the rod and the piston, extends to the reservoir tube, and is movable with the rod and the piston.

    摘要: A pressurizing apparatus includes a fixed portion, an input shaft acting directly in an axial direction with respect to the fixed portion, an output shaft extending coaxially with the input shaft to slide with respect to the fixed portion and the input shaft, a direct-connecting mechanism directly connecting the output shaft and the input shaft and causing the input shaft to directly act with respect to the fixed portion to thereby rapidly carry the output shaft with respect to the fixed portion, a fluid pressure mechanism connecting the input shaft and the output shaft in a fluid manner and causing the input shaft to directly act with respect to the output shaft to thereby increase biasing of the input shaft by Pascal's law and transmit the biasing to the output shaft, and a control mechanism actuated by biasing applied by the input shaft to control fluid connection of the input shaft and the output shaft to each other. The control mechanism is directly actuated by biasing of the input shaft applied by the input shaft. Therefore, the apparatus need not include a special actuator for driving the control mechanism and can be formed with a simple structure and at low cost.

A work rod is slideably positioned in the body. The work rod is disposed on the opposite side of the oil reservoir piston. The work rod extends from the body for engaging a work piece.
