    摘要: By culturing cells in an apparatus containing a first zone in which a cell suspended medium is present and a second zone in which liquid containing a physiological saline solution and/or nutrient sources is present, the first zone being separated from the second zone by a septum with characteristics, such as pores size or electrostatic charges, which impedes the cells from freely permeating through, while allowing at least one of nutrient sources, cell wastes or the product to move between the first zone and the second zone via the septum to proliferate cells in the first zone, wherein a flow rate via the septum is controlled in such a manner that the cell count moved from the first zone into the second zone via the septum does not exceed the cell count increased by cell growth in the first zone. Thus, cell culture at a high cell density can be achieved in a large scale.

    摘要: A case is provided for electronic units forming an electronic equipment such as a programmable controller. The case includes a box-type case proper for containing a printed circuit board having connectors to form an electronic circuit, a panel including a terminal board mounting portion and an indicator section for displaying preset values, an indicator section cover for covering a part of the indicator section of the panel, and a cover for covering the upper part of the panel whereby these components are easily combined without using screws or the like. Also, a marking sheet having a color which differs for different types of units can be mounted on the panel. Further, when used as the case for ordinary electronic units, a ground terminal fitting is attached to the back surface of the case proper in manner that the ground terminal fitting is connected to a ground member of a printed circuit board contained in the case proper, and mounting the case on a mother board connects the ground terminal fitting to a ground terminal formed on the mother board.

    摘要: According to the present invention, HLA matching donor-originating activated lymphocytes highly effective in the treatment of patients with tumors, viral infections and autoimmune diseases are prepared by collecting cells contained in peripheral blood originating from an HLA matching donor or peripheral blood originating from an HLA matching donor achieving micro-chimerism and by stimulating and propagating the cells thus collected with, for instance, interleukin 2 and anti-CD3 antibodies or the like. The HLA matching donor-originating activated lymphocytes thus prepared can be administered to an HLA matching patient with a tumor, a viral infection or an autoimmune disease for therapeutic or preventive purposes.

    摘要: In a color cathode ray tube in which the external surface of an effective portion of a panel has a flat surface or a slight curvature, the shadow mask is set such that the layout distance between electron beam through hole array near the long side of an effective surface of the shadow mask is larger in the vicinity of the short axis than the layout distance at the center of the effective surface. Further, the layout distance becomes gradually smaller in direction away from the short axis, and thereafter, the layout distance changes to an increase. In the vicinity of the short side of the effective surface, the layout distance becomes equal to or larger than the layout distance near the short axis. Therefore, the curvature of the shadow mask and the electron beam through hole array are set in proper condition, and mislanding of beam landing due to deformation or oscillation of the shadow mask can be reduced. At the same time, howling of the phosphor screen can be minimized.
