    摘要: A candle holder comprising a body having a mouth, a base and sides that connect the mouth to the base is provided. The mouth comprises an opening arranged to receive a candle and at least a portion of the sides taper inwardly from the mouth towards the base. The inward most point of the tapered portion of the sides defines an aperture having a size which is less than that of the widest part of the candle. Also provided are a candle and a candle stand having a catching device for use with the candle holder. In use, wax and waste material from the candle pass through the aperture of the candle holder into the catching device. Thus, the candle holder can be reused repeatedly without the need for cleaning or replacement of the candle holder.

    摘要: In one embodiment there is provided a self contained dice tumbler device. The device includes an interior lateral panel positioned within the interior of the device and which separates the interior into a tumbler compartment and a holding compartment. The holding compartment can be used to store playing cards. The device also includes at least one ramp in the tumbler compartment that leads to an exit opening. Dice dropped into the tumbler compartment can get scrambled and will slide out of the exit opening. The cover the top and exit opening on the device, a hinged panel door is included. The hinged panel door has a rear panel to cover the exit opening and a top panel to cover the top of the device.

    摘要: A cooled exhaust duct for use in gas turbine engines is provided. The cooled exhaust duct includes an axial centerline, a circumference, an annulus, and a plurality of radially expandable bands. The annulus is disposed between a first wall and a second wall, and extends along the axial centerline. The first wall is disposed radially inside of the second wall. Each of the plurality of radially expandable bands extends circumferentially within the annulus. The bands are axially spaced apart from one another. Each band includes a first portion attached to the first wall, a second portion attached to the second wall and an intermediate portion connected to the first and second portions. The bands create circumferentially extending compartments that inhibit axial travel of the cooling air within the annulus.

The wireless communication device can be a hand-held personal computer, a paging device, a wireless telephone, or other wireless communication device. Dynamic business information comprising subscription-based content that is tailored to an individual is delivered to the device. The systems and methods provide a mechanism for setting personalized thresholds for data items maintained by an application. These thresholds can then be used to enact an event (or alert) via the application when the threshold is met. For example, the alert can be an audible sound or a display of a message that appears on the wireless communication device. As a further example, the alert can comprise an e-mail received on the wireless communication device.
